My girlfriend and I stayed for one night, it was perfect for in and out and had no issues, a basic hotel in a great location in Pisa.

Tv didn’t work in our room and the beds are very old and not comfortable.

No hot water and heater.

Good location, couple of minutes walk from the main street. Hotel is a little dated but good value for money.

Hotel was okay, staff friendly and helpful. The main let down was the breakfast. Not a 'buffet breakfast' as described, and nothing like the photos. In face, we were given a voucher for a cafe 2 streets away, where we were allowed 1 crossaint or 1 mini ham roll, with a tea or coffee. The cafe staff are rude and even gave me gone off orange juice. Breakfast is suppose to set you up for the day. If you're celiac, youd have zero breakfast options. Like i said, breakfast was not at all as expected or as pgotographed.

The staff were very helpful, positive, and solution oriented. The room I was assigned had the AC broken. Diana worked hard to come up with a solution and I ended up being assigned to a twin room with no extra fees until the AC is fixed since there were simply no single rooms available. All the staff has been amazing and I couldn’t have speak more highly of them. Rooms are small, comfortable, and clean. Budget friendly hotel for a weekly stay. Great location. Only 7 min from the tower of Pisa and just 2 min away from the pizzerias. No breakfast or dinner available as far as I know which was okay for me.

Hardly a hotel, more like a dungeon. Friendly staff though. If you can afford something else I would recommend to avoid this place. Very worn down, dusty and even moldy (bathroom).

Very friendly and intelligent staff. Thoughtful and helpful and patient with me. They were informed and highly cultured people willing to discuss the merits of Pisa and all its wonderful art, museums etc. Congratulations for having such delightful staff!

We arrived here on our last night in Italy,and I had booked the wrong date. They couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful in getting it sorted.

The breakfast included in the price was a voucher for a local cafe. That gave us one hot drink, one pastry and one fruit juice. Not what we'd been led to expect

The property is passable, the personnel very friendly and helpful but there is no WiFi connection contrary to what is indicated on Expedia and the room I had was really basic, bed not too comfortable.

Lovely, friendly staff but that’s about it. ‘Breakfast’ is a short walk away to a coffee shop and options are all unhealthy (croissant, tarts or ham/cheese focaccia), with a coffee. Definitely not worth the extra price as there are nicer places to go for food locally. Great location, it’s clean and tidy but Maid service didn’t replace towels on the first day or toilet rolls throughout, they do a very quick bin empty but that’s about all. King bed was 2 singles pushed together which separated during the night leaving a gap. Shower was either boiling or cold with no real pressure, height or space. Walls are very thin so it can be really noisy in the evenings especially with no staff on reception after 2300 and no one to call to let them know. This is ok for a night or 2 at most, it’s very budget with a not very budget price.

Terrible!! As an Italian I feel ashamed thinking that a foreign tourist could sleep here. This hotel is definitely not a 3-star, maybe not even a 2-star. There was no kettle, no glass, no bottle of water, no tea/coffe and not even slippers in the room. Remote control for the heating system without batteries, no heating in the bathroom. We asked at the reception for some water the answer has been “you can go to one of those blangadesh people… but don’t worry the bottle will be closed”, what a racist ignorant! The room was on the 4th floor but the elevator goes only to the 3rd! Room was clean but the bathroom was a bit dusty. Bed and shower were terrible! At least the water was hot! This is not a 3-star and the price is not reasonable for the quality you get! Good location tho.

The room smelled terrible, so we were moved to a room with no heating, no wifi and with broken outlets.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a very reasonably priced hotel in the centre of Pisa that was so attractively decorated and furnished. The staff we’re exceedingly friendly and helpful. I loved the breakfast voucher to a lovely café nearby where I could sit outside in the sun and relax in a beautiful old street of Pisa.

Property didn't have our reservation when we arrived, but once we showed them the confirmation email, they bent over backwards to get us checked in. The bed were very low quality, and there was a piece of metal poking up in the middle of one side.
