Very clean tidy hotel. Very relaxing and quiet with a good pool options. Immaculate and modern bar area with a good range of drinks. Cocktails were very nice and fresh. Photos don’t actually do the place justice. Would stay again for sure

I am never a complainer but please read the points below before booking here: 1. Terrible location: The location of this hotel is legit close to nothing at all so be prepared to spend a lot of money on Ubers and taxis. Also to get to your room it’s like a 10 min walk from reception going through the crystal maze. 2. Unfriendly staff: The reception and kitchen staff are very unfriendly I went to go ask for cutlery and the man chased me out the restaurant telling me I have to pay for some food to use the cutlery. 3. Hygiene: Upon entering all the towels were dirty they had makeup on them and there were ants crawling around on the floor in the room. Our bed was also broken and the fridge was not working. After telling the staff about this they told us to come the following day at 9am to check if any different rooms were available and there was none. The pictures on here also look nothing like the hotel I would never even tell my worst enemy to stay here

the staff where incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. the pool was lovely. breakfast buffet was great. its for sure out of the way of, but it was quiet and the hotel has a free bus and local area has a free bus that picks you up down the road outside a Lidl. really enjoyed the stay. would go back again.

The pool area was really nice and looked modern. However, the rest of the hotel needs updating, including new beds. We booked our room with one double bed and and a pull out couch for our 4 years old son. When we arrived, there was two single beds pulled together and one single folding bed with very tired mattresses on top. For adults to sleep in a"double" bed was impossible without spliting in the middle.. So our little one slep with me whilst my partner on that folding bed!!poor partner slept on a that thing whilst paying , €700 for 6 nights! Electricity needs updating as out bed side ligjtening was connected through extension lead, one light cable was rubbing against the bed for so ling that a protective layer was gone, a bit extreme I would say... Might end up in serious accident if not fixed. In general hotel was clean, butbwould not choose it again as we felt that it is most focussed on Spanish and local visitors, staff (morning shift) did not speak English. My english is third language, but felt that staff should be more trained to serve breakfast as each morning was a little surprice what coffee we gonna get.. Parking was really easy as you can park right outside your room in a shade. In the end, we left disappointed... The money we paid was not worth for the services we received...

Overall good, only thing is that it is quite a way from the beach, a 20 minute walk, didn't worry me but might others. Food good and plentiful, with good standard of cleanliness throughout.

The hotel is very nice but my stay in the villa complex was disappointing because the wi-fi didn't work and had to keep going up to reception area to get a signal.

Lovely hotel, spacious and comfortable rooms and nice selection for breakfast. Great they offer a free shuttle but would have been nice to have a few more times on there.

We loved our stay at Pinhal do Sol, friendly and helpful staff. We will go back again

This is a delightful simple Portuguese hotel great for the couple of nights we were there

No clean bedroom, poor higiene special the bathroom. Ants for every where I could sleep well with that ants on the walk and bed! No glass in the bedroom and simple bottle of water for some medication as I need every night, the staffs was nice specially the lady of the reception but cleaning service was good enough fly in the shower room the drain was blocked never change the bed or pillows, the bedroom 112 is next to the laundry that is horrible noise from the cleaners coming to the bedroom, the buffet for dinner no variety, I can’t recommend this hotel for anyone!!! May the administration of the hotel isn’t good enough! Only the staffs from the bar reception and cleaner are lovely!!!! But the service offered by the hotel administration isn’t the great for 3 stars!

Good space, good cleaning and nice staff. Very close to Aquashow Park, and at 10 min to Quarteira and Vilamoura. I recomend.

Very nice quiet location . Easy access to Quarteira via free shuttle bus.

All staff were so friendly and accomodating, the main pool was lovely.Rooms were a little dated and although I appreciate it is a 3 star hotel the wardrobe doors didnt work properly, we woke on the morning of departure with no cold water and also werent left any toilet paper so had to go to reception to use the bathroom, this made our departure a bit stressful as we had to leave for the airport early. Overall we were most impressed with the wonderful staff at Pinhal Do Sol

Good hotel, a little remote but their shuttle service to Vilamoura and Quarteira is good and reliable. Taxi €6 into the town good service in the town plenty of choice

There are 2 areas of the hotel. The one in which your clients stay. Is sadly in need of a facelift . Toilet smelly. Laundry service 24+ hrs before it is returned.Rooms very dated. Bathroom outdated. On the plus side the chambermaids and staff in the dining area are very pleasant and helpful.

Lovely hotel set in nice grounds. Friendly and helpful staff

The room was good however the toilet stunk of sewage. The television was very small and THE WIFI DOESNT REACH TO THE ROOMS, You can only use it in reception which is ridiculous. Its 2018!!
