Staff was courteous and professional. Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. Hotel had airport shuttle service. Air conditioning in restaurant was too high, making it very cold. Air/heating system in room was too loud, making it difficult to hear TV. Lotion dispenser in bathroom was empty.

We stayed just one night post cruise and got there early but they were amazing just put of on a list and maybe a half hour later they called us our room was ready! Very nice and friendly front deck people. We'll be staying there again!

The service on this hotel was above and beyond. Regardless it was under remodeling, they made us feel so welcomed and satisfied. We went straight from the cruise to stayed for the night and take our flight on next day; they checked us in early so we did not have to carry our luggage and wait for so long. The staff were absolutely wonderful!

Checkin was nice and smooth. Friendly staff and beautiful room. Room looks new. Now sure if it was recently renovated but it was nice. Check out was even smoother. Its just a Room Key drop near the elevator in the lobby area.

When showing up early only certain people are allowed to check in . During this reconstruction everyone has to drive around the back of the building and check into a conference room

First time staying at this property very convenient to the airport due to complementary shuttle. Unfortunately, the hotel was being renovated very disorganized Had a makeshift lobby the service was horrible no greeting nobody says hello. . The security guard was sleeping on the chair around 5:30 in the morning. Very unprofessional. Had the breakfast Buffett which was good and convenient

For a Hilton hotel this was a very disappointing location. The carpet surrounding the bed was disgusting. You literally stuck to it. I put socks on, and by the end of the one night visit my socks were nearly black. Gross. The bathroom is in major need of remodeling but basic cleaning would have made it so much better. There were splatters of God knows what on the walls and the room just in general look tired and rough. The hotel is going through renovations and hopefully cleaning and refreshing the rooms is part of that . not worth the price in my opinion

Everything was great except my credit card was stolen. We had used points for our stay and were charged 153 for the room. We disputed it and found out someone had used my card. That was disappointing.

Main entrance is under construction, so they are redirecting through a back parking lot entrance. But the front desk area is by the pool. Anyone can walk in from the outside without being seen.

We always stay in this area. A few times a year. Great location. Shopping and plenty of dining options. All walkable. Hotel is clean and staff are lovely.

I stay here on a regular basis and it is always great. They are now renovating the lobby and breakfast area, so breakfast was limited to the buffet but it was a temporary set up which is not so great. I usually order a fresh breakfast but this was not available during the construction.
Our room was comfortable but not as clean as it usually is.
The best thing about this hotel is its location next to several great restaurants.

One night stay before flight out of FLL. Front of hotel is under renovation. Elevator is very old. Smoke detector in our room would go off if bathroom door open and steam escapes. Responded to post check-in text message about this but no reply. Best part of staying here is the location. Easy walking distance to nice stores and restaurants. Easy access to cruise port and airport.

1) My calls were never taken from my room. I had to go from my cellular phone to get service. 2) The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows of a poor quality. 3) my last day, I asked to leave my luggage in storage and the front desk person refused to do so. I offered to pay for the storage and was also refused. I had to go to have lunch in a restaurant, with my 2 piece of luggage awful..

Perfect for an overnight stay if going on a cruise from FT Lauderdale. Within walking distance (10 mins) of a large outdoor mall and many fast food restaurants.

The property was undergoing construction, entrance was a mess, lobby was a mess, elevators were creepy and old, nothing was free and they were not making any effort to make ammends to all the trouble. Rooms were OK (nothing great) but would not recommend it to anyone.

Airport shuttle never arrived despite repeated calls to the hotel. I have to arrange my own transportation which caused me great hardship. I intend to complaint and follow up with management.

Great service at all: shuttles driver's, front desk and maintenance. Great location, so many options to eat. Very comfy and safe. I travel with a kid and definitely, I'll stay here again.

Very dissapointed with this stay. The hotel was under construction and this was not stated in the listing. One of the criteria I listed in my search was a hotel bar and restauraunt. This was especially important since we had no transportation. Everything was set up in the same meeting room, the check in desk, the 3 seat bar on wheels, the convenience store of 2 coolers and a few seats where you could eat take out only from the "restaurant".
There was no staff to assist us with our luggage and very few carts could be found to utilize. I politely asked the bartender (who was in and out running take out orders) if I could take my glass of wine upstairs. He told me I would have to use a plastic cup because he only had 3 glasses.
I understand the issues of construction but feel I was misinformed of the property's lack of amentities. Hiltons aren't cheap and I thought I was paying for a luxury experience; it was not as advertised.

Admittedly, they had construction going on at the front entrance. However, there was no mention of that at all. The reception looked like I was in a third world country.
