It was in a great location but the security guard did harass us over and over again even after we asked him to stop

My past stays at this particular motel6 have been very favorable although this trip was totally different the whole place seems like a lock down situation fruwnds and family interegated just to come in to visit me while in town .the cleaning staff was good even thelower management were admirable in theyre job upper staff not so friendly

It was unsafe. There were homeless people from trying to get in the hotel property. Looks like drugdealers around, is dirty, and I rather prefer lossing my money from the reservation than spending the night there. Don't go there is dangerous place.

Horrible place its always noisy and you have a lot drunk, shady, homeless people hanging around the premises of motel. Staff are ok but I think they should really vacum the rooms as you I have found finger nails on the floor of the room and in the bathrooms and its just digusting. Expedia you guys should really vet this kind of places as because of this type properties your reputation is on the line too and in short i would just say I was very disappointed with the my stay and it was really not worth the money.

The area is not a great area to stay in. There’s questionable people walking all around the hotel area and cops are frequent there. On top of that the hotel is very low quality and at one point in the night the hotel door was opened while we were sleeping. Ended up checking out after first night. Do not recommend.

When i went to check in i was told by the front desk lady that my booking had been cancelled. Will be calling to get a refund as i was never notified of the cancelation. Luckily a friend who also booked a room at this motel theough their website had a spare bed to use. Once we got to the room we noticed cigarette burns on the covers and there was no soap in the bathroom.

I enjoyed what sleep trying to get but playing loud music and constantly up/down the stairs.

The people at the front desk were kind but may not have had the resources to provide for the guests. There were no toiletries and even though the room was non-smoking, there was a smell as if someone had smoked there before. Me and my guests chest were hurting when we woke up and we think it's because of the odor of the smoke.

Some homeless tried to get into our room, also the room was dirty, the key we got worked on like the 30th time we tried to use it, and there was no soap or something whatsoever.

We actually did not stay here. Felt very unsafe. Wrecked cars in parking lot on blocks. Homeless and druggies hanging around our door. Was very scary. They said they were refunding our money and I have receipt stating such. We picked this sight as close to our tour. But honestly I would not have felt safe leaving luggage in room or returning after dark.

I requested a non-smoking room but I got a room smelt all cigarette all over. I had to double up on my allergy medication in the attempt to avoid being sick all to no avail. I had to check out after I couldn't take it any more because my respiratory track was already clogged up. The attendant denied my request for a refund even though I stayed there less than four hours.

Absolutely horrible. Check-in was at 3 Pm and when we arrived at 3 PM who is ever working kept saying oh we’re doing a shift change so we need everyone to go out of the office and soul about eight people were just standing outside in the heat for over 40 minutes well two of the workers were just talking back-and-forth into the office and their only response was shift change

Why the hell Expedia would put this property on their website is beyond me. The room was filthy. It was supposedly a non-smoking room. But I guarantee you people have been smoking on it. 20 minutes before we came. It smelled like a sewer. There were prostitutes hanging out at the driveway. Security would run one off. Then another one would take her place. Homeless people surrounded the facility. The bedspread had yellow stains I assume coming from a prostitute on the bed. The top sheet was actually the sheet that was supposed to be under the blanket. The door to our room would not lock. Some guy with no shirt came and knocked on our door. When I open the door, he said oh wrong room. I watched him as he went down and knock on the next two doors as well. We did not stay in the room. the clerk was very helpful in letting us check out and getting us a refund. I probably won’t use Expedia again. This is bull crap.

We did enjoy our stay, but there were a lot of people walking around and people upstairs where we were staying we talking vety loud and all though out the night.

Disgusting & disgraceful place! Shame on the owner's & managers. The place is strewn with crack addicts, homeless people passed out on the property and all over the place...no security. Lies on their website...shows a nice pool, hasn't been open in months. Says daily housekeeping...I was there till 10:30 am, no knock on the door, came back at 4:30, never cleaned. Asked for an extra pillow...said no! Says luggage storage, does not exist. Says coffee maker in the rooms, not there. Non-smoking room, yet cigarette burns on the sheets. Room was stained, dirty, no smoke alarms. Shall I go on?! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Upon arrival, I was told that they didn't have the single bed room that I had booked and paid for. The clerk was trying to force me to pay an additional $15 for a two bed room. I would not agree to that. He kept telling me it was the upcharge or he would cancel my stay. I should have chose the latter option. Finally, he gave me the option to wait while they "cleaned" a room for me... When I got into the room, I noticed the was no towels or toilet tissue. I went to the clerk and he had me follow him to an empty single bed room. He gave me the towels and toilet paper from that room... The room didn't appear to have been fully cleaned. The bedding had stains and the floors felt sticky. The mattress could really use replacing... I have stayed in this motel several times, over the last 5 years, this was by far the worst experience I have had.

After I make my reservation online and paid for everything, Upon checking they force me to pay an extra $10 because they don't have one bedroom room available. I ain’t going to review it or I’ll post it on Google.

We stayed for a week. At check in the worker had us check the room while he held my ID. This tells me they have issues with rooms not being satisfactory. The sheets were stained, so we got a different room which had no soap. The smoke detector in the room next door had a low battery and beeped so we told the worker. He was alone on shift and couldn’t change it. We repeatedly told different workers about this and the battery was never changed so we had to sleep with annoying beeping. Every night we came back, our cards didn’t work and we had to go to the office and get them deactivated. Every night there was fighting, and three nights out of five police showed up. The floors and furniture were beat up, sheets were stained, and half of our pillows had no covers. Overall veeery disappointed in the way this hotel is run. There should be more than one worker at a time so that one of them can take care of customers while the other handles the desk. These workers are stretched thin and it shows. Management needs to step up and fix things.

Property. was in terrible condition. Homeless people around the property, room was dirty, another couple did the same thing we did & went to anothet Motrl 6. I hope I am not charged for the first property.

The man at the front desk gave us a room key to check the room before we fully checked in, which was greatly appreciated! We were booked an upstairs room and our path was blocked on 3 staircases by folks that seemed to be very high on drugs and yelling at us as we walked by. The exterior of the hotel was dirty and not well kept, and so we decided not to even look at the room because we knew we would not feel safe to stay there. Went back to the front desk and were told they don’t offer refunds, so we decided to take the loss on the $90 we paid and go somewhere else.

What I didn't like was pulling in to the parking lot looking at homeless people and drug dealing right in front of me and my wife. And a nother thing we didn't get the room that we wanted we ask for double bed and a bath tub in stead we was given a dirty shower we paid $106 dollars plus tax. This time staying at motel 6 was terrible and Plus when I was in the office there was a guy in front of me when I was in the office they charge him $91 dollars and charge me 98 dollars plus tax that's not fair.

The hotel is scary. There were lots of homeless looking people all around and at the hotel. There are people sitting on the stairways and in walkways who don't look like they have rooms there. I will never stay there again and I warn others not to risk there health and safety by staying at this motel 6. Must be the worst hotel in the city. I paid almost 100.00 for one night which I would not stay there again if they paid me . Burn this place to the ground.

Left my experience on google review. Overran with druggies (some knocking on my door?) door didn’t even close properly, zero toilet paper, front desk was incredibly rude, roaches.. I see why this place is a meme not to go there. If you were wise, you wouldn’t even feature this on your website

Blood on walls and ceiling. Stained sheets and hair in the bed. Nothing worked. No toilet paper or soap. Homeless and crackheads everywhere yelling and running around. Rooms stink like cigarettes and people smoking meth. If you want a cheap place for the night this is it but bring a gun cause it don’t feel safe. Glad we brought ours.

We checked-in and checked out 30 minutes later. Addicts camping out in hallways, blocking our way to the room and lurking in corners. We got approached 3 times just walking up to the room. Couldn’t see returning to the room in the dark, when there were so many problems already in broad daylight. Staff and management does not care.
