Smelly beds. Was getting ready to leave and found a roach crawling around the bed. Would have rather paid a bit more to stay somewhere nicer than here.

I have booked non-smoking room and they provided smoking room. The room is of smoke smell. It was terrible to stay with family in that room. When I informed this in the receptionist, they informed that they don't have non-smoking room at that time.

TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS when the elevator isn't working! Don't make then find out, while they're carrying heavy bags on their shoulders and the room they've been given is on the 3rd floor!

The guy at the front desk was really nice but it would be a good idea for them to mention you have to have a deposit before purchasing the room. The room had a smell and the toilet was used and was not flushed so it made me feel like the room was cleaned properly before putting another guest in it. I wanted to request another room but they were full for the night. I will never choose this location again.

I couldn't understand the check in people. There was no hot water in the shower. When I told them they gave excuses like so many apts. around. It was not very clean and I will never, ever stay there again.

When reserved and paid for online the room was supposed to have a refrigerator. I even called to verify and the reassured there was a refrigerator. When we got to the room it didnt have one. I asked to switch to another with one and was told it would cost $172.00 more then i paid. The door barely closed. The shower setup was awkward and tiny. They didnt even offer free wi-fi. It was $4.99 per day. Would never recommend anyone to stay here.

It is good enough to not spend the night in the cold. Don't expect help with anything and concentrate on what you are there to do.

After reading the rebiews i was under the impression there had been reovations an to my suprise it looked like any other hotel if it was a old run down truck stop hotel i reserved my king size bed online only ro be told because i have a service Animal they have no rooms available with a king bed i would have to take courtesy double bed so i lost about 10 dollars right there I was to tired to argue though so i take my key an enter my room to find bured blankets that had holes in it an a clear potent smell of urine an then i find the roaches dead in the floor the water was a luke warm at best an outside the room was super scetch with people walking around all hours of the night i wouldnt suggest for familys or single women

Place is pretty far from everything, no places to eat around it, pool not in service, very old structure

There were many bugs found in my room including 2 ticks. One in the bed. Also a carpet beetle in the bed. Room smelled of smoke when i walked in although it says no smoking. Other than that the room was fine for the night.

I have never pulled up to a property and immediately regretted my choice. The staff are behind safety glass, as i waited in line 2 guests complained if the cleanliness of the rooms and a smell in their rooms. But lastly that made me fear for myn safety is the note on the door that says " for your safety please bolt the door when in the room." And there are 2 bolts on the door. There was no way I would stay in a place especially alone. So i webt directly to get a refund by which you only have 10 mins after checkin to request a refund. I mean what type of guests do you have that this is a required rule. Along with a $15 charge for additional people in the room. All are red flags of many issues and situations that I don't want any part of.

The hotel staff were very friendly. They accommodated early 9am checkin at no extra cost. They also promptly responded to cleaning requests.

I rented a room because a pool was listed and upon arrival, I was told the pool is closed. No reimbursement given. When i had asked if I could get an upgrade to a room with a fridge as to compensate for the loss of the pool I was told no.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times throughout the years and this was one of the nicest stays. There was some commotion late night but couldn’t hear much over our air conditioner which worked excellent. Our room was clean, stocked, and very nicely put together. Hotel definitely had an upgrade and it is very nice. We will stay there again on our future trips ❤️

This is my second visit to this motel. I requested for an early checking as I’d a long 8hr drive from Memphis they allowed my early checking request at no cost. Everything about this place is awesome. Cleaning staff is very good. I’d a slight issue with wash basin. It was addressed in no time. Bed sheets, towels pillows were all clean like new. All male staff is very respectful, professional and helping but there is a lady manager who really needs to learn how to address or talk to customers, I hope motel looks into it and keep up the good work

the front desk was very kind. the quality of room was not good, it smelled really really bad and was still dirty like the xleaning job was rushed. the duvets had stains and burn marks on them. the place where towels were kept were super dusty and dirty. probably would never stay here again :( i wasnt expecting it to be luxury, but basic cleanliness ans not being so smelly would have made a huge difference.
