Worst experience ever! The sign on the street said motel 6 and only after pulling in did we see the Radisson banner covering the old Motel 6 sign. There seemed to be drug dealing going on in the parking lot and possibly prostitution. The room key they gave us had a person already in it which smelled like smoke and on the way to the room there was a stong pot smell. The check in person was confused and took fifteen minutes to check us in. After realizing we weren’t safe we decided to leave and were confronted by some of the vagrants mulling around outside the lobby. Previously Police had been called not by us but just drove thru. Keep in mind this was a family vacation with my 75 year old mother having to experience this. I thought with the Radisson name we were safe booking this hotel. But I was wrong. The front desk said they’d refund us but we’re skeptical we’ll see anything back. All of this happened at 11pm on a Thursday evening.

Staff were friendly but this hotel should not cost $137. Should be more like $60/night for the cleanliness and services, although staff was nice so that's something.

Had to cancel. Unorganized and the rooms were filthy.

Linens smelled like cigarettes even though it was a smoke free room. The space was very limited, including the shower.

THE OUTSIDE OF THE PROPERTY WAS FILTHY !! THE INSIDE OF MY ROOM NOT MUCH BETTER !! THE WINDOW CURTAINS WERE FULL OF STAINS !! DISGUSTING !! THE BEDS MATTRESS WAS THIN AND LUMPY !! I DID NOT FEEL SAFE AT THIS FACILITY !! UNDESIRABLE PEOPLE WALKING AROUND AND SITTING ON THE STAIRS. IT DID NOT LOOK LIKE THEY BELONGED AT THE MOTEL !! I ONLY SPENT ONE NIGHT AT THE MOTEL !! I CHECKED IN ON 8/22/2024 AND CHECKED OUT THE EVENING OF 8/23/2024. MY RESERVATIONS WERE PLANNED FOR A 8/26/2024 CHECK OUT !! RADISSON DID A POOR JOB OF TAKING OVER THIS MOTEL 6 FACILITY !! I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL TO ANYONE !!

Bed was adverted as a queen and it was a full/double. The site in another building was recently involved in a fire and we noticed a number of seedy people looking into cars after hours. I had to yell at someone trying my car door handles.

The pictures provided online are so inaccurate. Our room was not bright and clean. It was dingy. We didn't want to set our things down anywhere. The non-smoking room wreaked of smoke. It was not what we were expecting at all. The staff was very nice, but the rooms need a lot of work.

Just a remodeled motel 6

I went to check in after a long trip, somehow foolishly expecting that I would have a room after reserving a room. What a fool I was. Despite confirming my reservation, I was informed that they just didn't have it in their system, they had overbooked and decided to cancel my reservation without telling me until I showed up at midnight trying to get some sleep. Thanks so much for the opportunity to wander around the sketchiest part of Santa Rosa trying to find a motel with an available room.

I am surprised Expedia allows this hotel as an option. There was hair on the walls in the bathroom, and one hanging from the light in the room. The white towels were discolored and there were brown spots on the bathroom sink. The bedspreads had stains. We checked in and checked out. I didn’t even want to put my suitcase down, the room was that dirty. On top of the filth, it is a hang out for homeless. There is a sign on the hotel door that says, please use the bolt lock for your safety. As an avid user of Expedia, I rely on their options. This hotel needs to be removed from the list of choices.

The place is a tweaker hotel. Loud, vagrants staying there. Very scary. The staff in all fairness was very nice!

Drive up to the property and one of the buildings had fire damage and was boarded up. Booked a queen non-smoking room, got a room with a double bed and room smelled like an ashtray. Was able to get a different room which was slightly better, but bedsheet had a cigarette burn and pillows were flat. Back of bathroom door had been writing on it, they tried to scrub it off but you could still see it. Property is dirty and old.

Even if Radisson has taken over, it is still Motel 6 incl amenities. The sink water pressure was a little better than drips I had to use ice bucket to save & use water. Room is non-smoking but smell like smoked in. Bed is so saggy & bad for our senior backs. Room clerk said no other room available.

We didnt stay here, never checked in.people were urinating in front lobby area abd using drugs. Vefy bad

The room next to ours had the door kicked in in the night. We heard someone being beaten in there. The people who were around were clearly taking part in dangerous activities and they scared us so much that we didn't want to go out after dark. One of the buildings had severe fire damage. We called to ask for more pillows because they only put 2 per bed. They said they would call us back with information. They never did. Half an hour later I called to check because I wanted to sleep and they said they had given them all away to someone else and the person who had said that to us had gone off shift. There was no shampoo or conditioner. Only showers. We didn't feel safe leaving the room. We reported the door being kicked in it to the front desk in the morning and they didn't seem shocked. Literally don't stay here, it is unsafe.

Dirty, unsafe, loud, drug addicts. Smelled like smoke even though I was in a non-smoker room.

The pictures posted associated with this hotel are not representative of the property. This was a poorly renovated, poorly maintained property. Half of the hotel was burned out with doors and windows boarded up that have evidently been that way for some time. The back parking lot was in horrible condition. Breakfast was advertised with the listing, which ended up being coffee in the lobby.

Did not look like the pictures, bed had cigarette burns on the bedspread.

Room was clean, staff was friendly. This property did not come up to a "Raddison" level. It is closer to it's Motel Six roots. Much work is need on the property.

This motel is a former Motel 6. A section of the motel was burned and the rooms were boarded up. I would not recommend staying here.

False advertisement This is a motel 6. Even the card keys say motel 6. Part of the motel near where our room was had recently been in a fire And abandoned. People in room next to us were drug dealers in and out all night. And one towel in the room for a room for three people. Filthy old bathroom falling apart. Absolutely terrible never would I recommend to anyone period

Excellent customer service!

The pictures presenting the property were totally misleading. The property is run down. No shampoo was provided. The towels and sheets were of the rag quality. There were some transients on the property. And some very noisy visitors on the parking lot in the middle of the night. Not even mentioning the burnt building next to this horrif "hotel ". DO NOT STAY THERE!!!!!

Paper thin walls (heard everything outside the window and in the units next door). Very dirty parking lot, hallways and vending area. Transients wandering all over the property. People making noise (outside) late at night/very early in the morning = management did not "fix" the situation. Bed covers had spots on them. The rooms were clean its just outside is rundown. One building burned out. Kinda sketchy area but didnt have any problems. Front desk staff was very nice

Well, they didn't supply shampoo. Not even in a multiuse container. Half the complex was still damaged from a fire. Not a great neighborhood. Shower was extremely small and the floor in the bathroom was warped from the water that couldn't be contained in the shower. No kleenex in the room either

It was advertised a Queen bed. But no Queen beds available in the entire hotel. Miss advertised.
