The room was clean and quiet. My only complaint would be that it was very hot and the vent only blew hot air even when I turned it to "cool". I finally just turned it off. I like that they had hot water and tea, not just coffee, in the morning. I like the refrigerator/freezer.

They never changed the bedding and we stayed for three days they never offered to clean the room.

The room was clean, the location convenient, and the parking lot was very well lit. Our room was on the first floor and though the hotel was on a busy commercial street, it was quiet. The bath towels and blankets were thin, but overall, it was a good value for the price

The door had a crack between the door frame big enough to look through, the heater didn't work, no extra blankets, no microwave or fridge

A great hotel if you are passing by and traveling with a pet. The hotel is everything you need tp get rested and be recharged for another long drive. I will definetly stay again 😊

We stayed at the end of the summer so the heat wasn’t on yet. Being Idaho, the nights were chilly but nothing blankets couldn’t handle. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. Would stay again, especially for the price.

Older property that has been nicely renovated, but still has some squeaky boards etc.
One of the renovations is a WELL lit parking lot but not new curtain rods to keep the black out curtain near the wall.
The take away, if you need an affordable no frills room that is clean at a decent property this is a good choice. If you're a light sleeper due to other people moving or light consider someplace else.
Over all our stay was pleasant. Would stay again.

When I showed up there were 2 police vehicles parked out front of the front desk area...this didn't make me feel safe even though I have stay at this facility many times over the years.
I was told the AC worked but the heat didn't. The reverse was true and I was forced to sleep with the window open to cool off the unit (222).
The TV feed (dish I believe) was horrible with frame freezes and loads of micro blocks, making watching the TV useless.

First room stink like old wet dog, the replacement room wasn’t much better. Toilet shower and mini fridge were broken and damaged

Heather was so very helpful. She was at the front desk. Our room 114 was very clean!!! We didnt have any noise to deal with like others have commented. The price of the room was very reasonably. Lots of shopping and food was all close by. We will stay again. I will call first to make sure Heather is working. The coffee in the morning was the best too. Thank Heather, you are awesome!!!!

Clerk at check in was not very personable and not helpful at all when I asked about parking for my truck/trailer . Kind of an" up to you" attitude. And trying to exit the hotel unto the main drag is a nightmare!

t would have been nice to have had a ground floor room since I had a reservation but the room itself was fine an dright next to the stairs.
The towels are really thin and small but the bathroom is cute.

The rooms were totally remodeled clean. We stayed in a room with two queen beds so the room was smaller but very convenient evening staff and morning staff very friendly. They have coffee and tea in the morning. They have washer and dryer. It was a good one night stay. the outside of the hotel needs some TLC, the lobby was nice

It’s good for the price, for staying a one night, the front desk lady was amazing and very respectful and helpful. The building outside needs an update definitely, inside was a small room but clean overall. Outside smelled like weed.

I usually dont stay at the motel 6 chain but was driving through and had a chance to tour the falls and partake in some of the local brew pubs downtown and was pleasantly surprised. Good location, front desk folks were very helpful and the bed was good and room clean. About all you ask for now days and I will definitely try it again if in Twin Falls!

Older building. Limited to just cool air or heat. Therefore, a little tricky during spring and fall stays. If days are warm and nights cold you may be a little uncomfortable in the room at night (too cold or too hot).
