First we never saw anywhere that they collect a $50 deposit from everyone. And unless it’s cash they do not refund it (after an inspection) for up to 7 days. The door was so hard to open my husband had to do it. The wash rags were so dingey they looked dirty. Never got hot water, only barely warm. The coverlet had holes and stains on it. But the bed was surprisingly comfortable and the sheets were clean. The person next to us played his TV on high all night until 6am. Miserable. If you are desperate you can endure it but not recommended otherwise.

Room was clean but old. Desk lady was professional and nice. Outside the hotel was ok. We faced the parking lot, only stayed one night. It was quiet at night. Nice

The staff in the office was great. The size of the room was nice and the bathroom was large. There was a microwave and fridge in the room. However this property has seen better days. Bedsheets were clean, the bedspreads were snagged, which I chalked up to the room being for pets. There was a dirty, (possible used for cleaning) damp wash cloth on a bathroom bar by the toilet. Floors were cracked. The floor must not have been mopped for several guests. When taking a shower, I looked down and my feet had turned the bathtub black. I had been walking in the room barefoot. The floor also felt sticky. With the wonderful size of the bathroom, it would have been nice to have a shelf area to put toiletries.

Good that's why we choose Motel 7 because they don't nickle and dime you and pets are allowed. I'm retired with 20+ years in hotel management. Hyatt and Westin hotels

Room could use a fresh coat of paint. Appears old and dated. Stayed in accessible room with large bathroom and convenient grab bars. Relatively quiet and value appropriate
