The staff we're phenomenal. They were very kind and very accomidating. The part i didn't like was too many people outside drinking alcohol and loud after 10pm. Sunday night was really loud all night long. Room was a little bit small but they are very pet friendly.

Truly enjoyed my brief stay in Roseburg. The Motel was easy ro check in, comfortable for Motel beds and the convenience to a restaurant and the freeway was great. My only concern is the entry door to my room was not a good fit, too small for the door entry size. Alot of light came thru and noise, anything discussed at the front desk and hallway loudly flowed into my room. There was no muting the sound. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay

For the most part everything was good. My issue was is that i got a non smoking room(all rooms on the 3rd level on the side were non smoking) and some guests smoke pot in their rooms. That being said, every morning I'd wake up and go to the restroom and get nauseated by the smell of pot coming through the air duct. The 1st night i left the bathroom door open and the whole room smelt like it, so after that i shut the door so id only have to smell it in the mornings really.

Checking in was easy and the attendant at the front desk was very helpful and even let me have a little late check out when asked for one and when I got to the room, the room overall was pretty clean except for one or two things, but they were small things that I could overlook Overall my day was nice and comfortable

Disappointed about the room. Bed was way to soft. Old and no support. No refrigerator. No microwave. No coffee pot. No shampoo or conditioner for your hair. For the price of the room , have better acomadation ....please.

Friendly staff when checking in and leaving. The room was clean, wood flooring, good lighting. Soft bed. No refrigerator or microwave and no box of tissue or complimentary hair dryer. A smell in the hallway which is carpeted. Some trash in hallways.

When we arrived there was no water, so we couldn’t shower or use the restroom. The air conditioner didn’t work so the room was 80 degrees all night. The blankets had what looked like children’s slime or puddy on it. Worst hotel experience I ever had. We stayed a few hours and choose to pack up and leave

The staff was nice, but the room wasn’t great. When we got there, we had to switch rooms right away because the water didn’t work. There also wasn’t any shampoo or lock on the bathroom door.

I live in Seattle but was passing through Roseburg after picking up my new rescue dog in Medford OR. When I arrived, my dog escaped from me. The staff at this Motel 6 were fantastic in hooking me up with local animal shelters that were well versed in finding lost animals. The staff there went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable while I was stressing about my lost dog. When I had to extend my stay, they were very accommodating on arranging my extension

Location was great, booking and check in was easy. Room was visibility dirty. (Doors, headboard, Toilet Seat, microwave, floors, etc..,needed to ask for new sheets as there was dog hair on them. Luckily I had cleaning supplies and sanitized everything we would be using.

Employees were nice, outside was good. The whole building stank. Smelled like pee one of the times I walked in. Curtain had cigarette burns in it. Boogers in the wall. Creeky bed, the light around the curtain when it’s closed is bright and I couldn’t sleep well. Shower has no way of keeping water in so it would cover half the bathroom floor in under 10 minutes. When we first got there the ac was on 55 degrees and it was way too cold. After it was turned up, the heat worked well. No amenities.

Clean and adequate for the price. Helpful that they allowed checkin age of 18 as I reserved the hotel for my teenagers.
You do not expect a 5 star hotel for Motel 6, but it did the job and was not gross. Will stay there again when needed.

I have stayed at this hotel in the past. It had gone downhill. It is the cheaper stay. But it is in need of some real upgrades. I changed hotels the next night. The staff was ok. Nothing exciting about this stay at all.
