Great crew of employees. From the moment you enter the door till you get to your room you get great service.

Everything was fine except the water pressure in the shower. I prefer a walk in shower but the bathtub was acceptable.

I've stayed here many times. It's very comfortable, clean, and the rooms are quiet. What's more, the location is good, so I think I'll stay here again.

Fantastic place to stay, conveniently located near Sukhumvit and Asoke stations, as well as Terminal 21. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a one-bedroom unit. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again.

It's good that there is a washing machine in my room, but it's bad a little bit to not be dry function. A room is so big and comfortable.

it was good service by front person. since we have to leave early morning, them prepared lunch boxes for us.

We travelled with my 3yr old that was not going to be able to sleep in a roll out bed. I asked for a cot and they kept saying she was too big and brought 1 blanket for her to sleep on the floor. I asked if i can have the fold out matress only not the bed and they wanted to charge even though it said she stayed free. Finally after i asked them to brong the cot as i cpuld put that matress/base on the ground they brought in an enourmous full sized cot on wheels. Which she could have shared with a kid it was so big. So for any parents easily a 4yr old could sleep in that thing. Otherwise hotel was noce. Swimming pool was a bit too cold for hubby and the spa bath was so hot i put my feet in and they went bright red after 20 seconds. Breakfast was great and staff friendly.

Everything is nice, reasonable price. Just that i hope the water heater of the shower can be better/fixed. It is always either too hot or too cold even if you just adjust by a little. Hope to see future improvement next time!

Nice big rom (studio deluxe), Nice staff, close to shoppingmalls and BTS. Good breakfast. Quiet even if it is in the middle of the action.
If I could name one thing I missed, it was a little more western breakfast. Just a few items of cheese, salami and ham served on a coldplate for those of us not eating to much warm food for breakfast. Just to put on the bread. But I get it, we were in Thailand o). I would highly recommend this hotel, and we will be back next year.

Jasmine City is a hidden gem. Good location near terminal 21 and Soi Cowboy. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby

Traffic in this area were very congested! It would take almost two hours from airport with taxi. It’s very convenient with pubic transit though . BTS is right beside the hotel. I would stay here again. Price is reasonable.

This is my home in Bkk.

Every time I stay it gets better. I was upgraded to a suite overlooking the city. Gym, breakfast, check in was 5*'s.

The one bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The view from the 29th floor was just amazing. One area that needed improvements however was housekeeping; there was a stale smell every time I opened the wardrobe; turned out that the extra pillow inside it was a used one with the casing unchanged and it emitted the unpleasant odour. Overall still an enjoyable stay.

Great location if you want to spend time at Soi Cowboy. This property is not a 5 star as advertised. Staff is very friendly and it was odd that they wanted to charge for towels if you requested more than two.

when i go to Bangkok. i use this convenient and reasonable hotel.i`m japanese.so having a washlet toilet would be convenient.having variety in your breakfast will keep you from getting bored.light switch near the bed.

The hotel is nice, right next to shopping center with 24 hr food store next to it. The staffs are.very courteous and helpful. The room is clean and nice. I would recommend my friends and close family to stay at this hotel if the come to visit bangkok.
