We got to the hotel and our room was not ready we had to wait for the service crew to clean. The towels they provide were rough as sand paper thet need to either buy new ones or use a better softer. There were also ameneties missing from our room.

Nice and friendly staff. However the rooms are not at the standard of a courtyard hotel. Beds are old and bathrooms not really renovated. Food is good and service very reactive. Hotel location is also good, close to good restaurants, a park and shopping center.

We loved the Courtyard Marriott in Villahermosa! The breakfast buffet was great and the kids loved the pool! The beds were comfortable. The only thing that was not good was that the ice machine had no ice in it and was not working. The wi-fi was very fast which is hard to come by when staying at hotels in Mexico.

We used hotel to rest before an early flight, is clean an modern, good wi-fi, room service good food. It was a wedding at pool area. We took an Uber to get to a Gallerias, because is a little far from walking activities(15 minutes).

Overall we had a nice experience. My husband and I attended the state fair (April-May week) and stayed in this hotel. The desk clerk and staff were very nice, helpful, and very polite. Rooms are very clean and comfy (AC works very well, Villahermosa is a city super super hot mostly all day long), and it seems fairly new. Breakfast was good, however, it was not included in my room fees, so plan to pay around $10-13 per person for the breakfast buffet. The hotel has room service 24 hours. The hotel location was very convenient, it is close to a few good restaurants, a couple food trucks outside, and is close to the state fair grounds, within a couple blocks. The hotel has a pool, and seems family friendly. During our stay we saw a couple receptions in a room designated for large groups. It also seems that the hotel is used for companies gatherings. The hotel has a designated parking area and seems that they had enough parking spots for guests. At nights, the hotel has staff watching the parking lot. This hotel is close to a few others, One, Howard, and Holiday Inn Express.

This was by far the nicest hotel I have stayed in in Mexico! Clean, comfortable, safe! The staff was amazingly helpful. Surpassed all my expectations!

Nice hotel generally, but watch out for your belongings as they may disappear with not much help from the staff to find it. Simply not acceptable.

We stayed here for two nights, and our experience was good. The best part was the location. The worse part was bad wireless connection, and rooms are noisy.

We stayed 6 nights while visiting the region's natural wonders and arqueological sites.
