Masha that worked at the pool was amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure that our daughter had a great time and went out of her way to find her googles! We had issues with the maintenance staff but the front desk tried to help fix that situation as much as possible.

Glad place and nice atmosphere

We had an absolute blast staying here and we would do it again. The service was great but the only complaints I have is there's only 1 restaurant on site and it closes at 8pm. They need more options for on-site food and longer hours as well. There are many restaurant options close off-site so it's not too bad. Loved the lazy river for 2 days too!

The toilet was very small, smaller than normal which made my stay painful. The two slides at the pool were dangerous, two kid got injured in one day. One had to go to the ER! No lifeguards to show them how to go down. One lifeguard I saw was on her phone!

Very nice. Would prefer adults only. They cater to families

Worst experience ever

Everything was fun and exciting to do. We didn’t get a chance to take advantage of everything with shopping and dining outside the property. The rooms were clean and spacious. The only downside was the hot water in our room only lasted for 10 minutes and also had a repair but it didn’t do much difference. 6184 was the room. Great spot for families for sure

Resort was great it was full but didn’t feel crowded. Loved our room we got the 2bedroom condo and it was amazing the patio was great and large also

The staff was excellent, thrle room was beautiful with a lot of space, and the lazy river was beautiful. My husband and grandchildren loved it!

Good value for those with young kids. Water/pool amenities are good. Only complaint would be to have longer hrs for the kids club / scheduled outdoor games for kids.

Nice little resort. Doesn’t have a lot of amenities for the amount of guests. Pool closes at 10pm. No adult activities after the kids are asleep. They only have one restaurant and it closes at 8 pm. No breakfast is served at restaurant. They have cold breakfast at main lobby that needs to be microwaved. We had a jacuzzi in our room that we didn’t know where the button was for the jets. Restroom tiles coming off. Dated toilets. Patio ceiling fans were falling off. The kitchen in our room was a plus. Grills are to far from the rooms. I reckon it’s a good place for new travelers but once you been I would not go back again.

Stay was okay. I was never able to order via online or over the phone at restaurant. They did not answer and online QR wasn’t working for us. We left property to eat. It was a little noisy at night as well.

We loved this property. It was ideal for our family vacation. I highly recommend.

So the porperty was amazig, the pools were warm and beutiful. The room had everything we needed. The negtive, I was bothered about a time share meeting more than once, i was actually made late because they kept going. They do not make it clear that antlers and other resturants are on the sister porperties. I did not have a car , and it should be reconmended because the other things were 1.5 miles away and my daugter was not walking that far for dinner. Also the 1 restaurant they have opens at 11:00 ( so no hot breakfast) and they close at 8. So if you are having a blast at the pool open until 9 or 10 pm you could easily miss dinner and with no car be prepared to uber or order in. I will say this place was fantastic and we had an amazing time. But I was just caught off guard and wish it was better displayed that most food and some other activites are not actually on the property and it is recomended to have a car. IF not for those things i would give 5 stars immediately.

Beautiful resort!

Unfortunately not able to stay due to unforeseen circumstances. Husband had a heart attack and could not get them to at least credit me the room rate for later use. Not a way to treat a Hyatt reward member and possible vacation owner candidate. There should be exceptions in place for last minute cancels.

The property was well maintained and had beautiful trees and foliage throughout. The balcony of our room was peaceful and private and we luckily were right across from the pool facilities. Loved our stay, i was worried because i read a lot of negative reviews but we found the staff to be very hospitable. W8sh we had longer to stay.

All great! Just don’t feel comfortable with the way the Concierge got our attention to the Sales Presentation. She mention was a Property Tour, and we realized the same day was a sales presentation.

Very nice place for family

- lazy river is great - cleanliness of rooms is very good but there is an insect issue - the pool staff are friendly but there are far too many of them given they often sit around chatting in small groups rather than monitoring children in the pool - children’s club would be better if they could be left unsupervised inside the club from say age 8 . It’s an odd set up given that there are no rules for kids in the pool or lazy river which is a real health and safety issue, but playing alone inside the kids club is not permitted.

The actual property is nice. The first down fall was that you do not have access to the Hyatt hill country like advertised except for one restaurant and the spa with reservations only. The other major downfall which is partly our fault. I let them talk us into a timeshare presentation (we did not book as part of a promo that we had to do one- we booked on expedia). It was almost 3 hours when they promised 90 minutes and Matt was extremely rude and degrading. It honestly ruined a good vacation and sent us away feeling upset. For this reason I will not be back. Otherwise it was clean and laid back.

The property was attractive and conveniently located. Unfortunately, that is where the praise ends. The staff were not well trained (we received inaccurate guidance on at least 3 occasions) nor were they particularly kind. After a 15 hour travel day, we called to check if our room was ready early. They told us we had to come to the resort in order for that information to be shared. We arrived and were told it would be ready “shortly.” Two hours and $20 on a cup of chips and quarter cup of canned salsa plus a drink, the room still wasn’t ready. Or, they said, it actually was! But we need your ID and credit card again. Then, it wasn’t ready. Are you kidding? At check in, we were required to meet with the concierge. We were given a packet of restaurants and activities that was printed in 2020…. Literally four years prior, so the content was dated and things like restaurant hours were very inaccurate. No stamps or mailing options available on property. There were a lack of quality or healthy or fresh dining options, and what was available was expensive and obviously mass produced. One request for towels required multiple phone calls to fulfill over about 4 hours. Over our four day stay, we encountered more than 5 medium sized bugs in our room, multiple areas of the property which were being excavated with noisy jackhammers…. I won’t bore you with more details, but in short, we will not return and do not believe we received a fair value for the money spent.

Great place. Never had any issues. Room was in great condition. Everything we needed.

The room we stayed in had a really strong paint odor. Housekeeping never went by the room…AT ALL. You figure for the amount of money these rooms cost you would get the basics. Other small things to mention, bathroom fixtures were breaking and the tv is way too small.

The hotel was so nice! We had the room with the kitchen and spacious bathtub / shower. The dining area and fridge were so convenient as well as the washer & dryer! Our only complaints were that we had to call and ask to get new towels for the second night. The other was that we had already spoken to the lady (Cindy or Candy?) at the front desk upon registration for the timeshare since we have a 3mth old and 2 yr old, it was going to be too hard for us to both attend the presentation. So my husband said no and she still called us early the next morning and woke us up to ask if we were attending. So that was unappreciated. Other than that, the pool was super nice & relaxing! The lazy river was nice as well, but we loved the pool a bit more with having younger kids.

Charge me extra when I had already paid Expedia.

Great place to stay I my family loves everything about that place .

The place was clean and the pools and River was nice. My kid enjoy the vacations. Injust hace two minor issues. The first day we didn’t have clean service in the room and the second day we have to ask for fresh towels. Also the ice machine on our building didn’t work si we have to walk to the other building to get some ice. Also you pay a resort Fee and they charge you for the activities in the kids club, It feels like a double charge in my opinion.
