Hot water heater was out when we got there called they sent us someone within 30mins said it was fixed but would take a while for water to heat up morning still no hot water called they went back to work on it. Had up and running by noon. Other than that had a great time with the amenities on property. Would highly consider coming back to tour the property

Absolutely incredible ! We had an amazing stay, everything we could possibly need in our condo , exceptionally clean and beautiful. The pool and slides were amazing, the property is so scenic. Activities throughout our stay, as well as so much to do nearby!

This was disappointing on check in. Was given my room keys immediately but was told to check with concierge to get parking pass. Concierge tried to sell me a 3 day stay at one of Hiatts other properties. The internet never worked during our 3 day stay. On our last day, the tv cable stopped working. Very nice property but they really should be able to take care of infotainment issues quickly.

We booked our stay here to visit six flags and the Alamo. Good location. Nearby restaurants for dining. Grocery is also near if you're needing any items. I wish we got to stay longer to enjoy all the activities. We arrived late Friday and left semi early Sunday. Check out is 10am which is earlier than most. Luckily, we were trying to leave early anyway. The kids had fun in the pool with the slides. My sister and I enjoyed etching wine glasses while having wine and girl time. They have s'mores kits for purchase and plenty of space with fire pits. Would definitely stay again next time we're in the area.

This was our 2nd time staying here. We got a suite this time but our room was actually smaller than a normal size room, the lock on the door was janky and half way falling off, the toilet quit working on our last day, the fridge didn’t work at all. Although we love this property our room wasn’t that great.

We have been here twice now, once with kids and another as a couple. We love this place! It is amazing, clean, beautiful and peaceful! Great service and so much to do! We will be back again!!!!

We are exhausted! The king size bed was like sleeping on the floor. It felt like we were in a remodeling construction project.

Family getaway weekend - we had a lovely stay. The kids loved the pool, lazy man river and a restaurant they could walk to. Room was amazing with a large kitchen and dining area

Horrible experience. My truck and our friends truck were broken into during the night. Stole out tail lights and items broke driver side glass. There was supposedly a security working but never saw him. Not sure cameras picked up anything.

I was very impressed with the resort. The pool areas were very fun and had something almost everyone could enjoy. The landscape and trees were also very beautiful! It almost felt like being on a ranch but with the city outside still to enjoy.

We loved this property and will definitely be back!! The lazy river was a big hit with the kids with the sand beach zero entry. Waterslides for 48” and over. Ping pong, campfires, putting green, sand volleyball, shuffleboard, movie nights and lots more planned activities. We didn’t even get to check out Camp Armadillo but will next visit!! Would be a great spot for couples getaway also! Was quiet and not at all packed during weekdays while school was is session.

We were very happy with our stay. Being a resort type, the hotel could have included complimentary items such as water and extra coffee cream but otherwise was very nice. We enjoyed a lovely dinner at the Antlers Restaurant. Would recommend

The trip overall was great, we loved the pool, hot tubs, sauna and steam room, and the lazy river. But I wish there was more things for adults to do in the evening. Besides that it was a wonderful experience.

Pros: Loved the last river. Bed was very comfortable. Very clean, had everything we needed to cook. The staff was very friendly. Also loved the sauna and steam room.
Con:The water faucet was loose and had no cold water in kitchen. The dish washer didn't work that great had to hand wash dishes. The wifi didn't work for 2 of our 4 day stay, and the handle didn't work to get to the balcony in the studio.

Sandy , was excellent in customer service she helped book our anniversary dinner in which our experience was amazing . Our stay at your facility was also amazing we enjoyed the pool areas and overall the staff and facilities were excellent. Thank you for everything.

Pool and slides were great, also the crafting activities, My only complaint was in how Expedia promoted it on their website, I was unaware of additional costs as it was not explained well on their site. Not Hyatts problem and a complaint was sent to Expedia. It just made Hyatt staff perform extra work with me and Expedia.I think it caused both me and your staff some anxiety and concern.

Great place to stay and would stay again. Loved the lazy river and the nature trail. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Only complaint is there's 1 restaurant on site that closes at 8pm everyday.

Masha that worked at the pool was amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure that our daughter had a great time and went out of her way to find her googles! We had issues with the maintenance staff but the front desk tried to help fix that situation as much as possible.
