The hotel itself and staff were very nice, but some of the gusts were very noisy 3 am. The receptionist had a chat with them though.

Stayed here for a night and despite being by a main road, it was super quiet, and very comfortable. Would recomend.

The concierge is great and knows the local area and can give good tips for travel. The breakfast was wonderful too, really good service. Lovely hotel and highly recommend.

Really pleased with the bridge hotel. Walking distance to tube station, free parking. Great staff, lovely hot and cold buffet breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms. Great value for money, will definitely stay again on our next trip to London

Had an amazing stay here, would definitely recommend. We stayed here for one night for a concert in Wembley, and we would definitely stay again. It’s out of the way from central London so it’s a lot quieter, more of a residential area, but definitely easy to get around as the tube station is a couple of minutes walk away (about 30 minutes on the tube, Greenford to Oxford Circus) and there’s also lots of buses. The room itself was nice. Pretty basic but there was tea and coffee, a tv, an iron, and a bath with a shower, and they were all clean and in good enough condition. Also a big fan which we were glad for. The staff were lovely and helpful, especially the Scottish chap on reception. Though we never actually ate there we did like that there was a restaurant attached as it meant we had food options right to hand. There was also parking available. Overall, I would recommend if you want something that’s a bit quieter but still well connected and without the hefty price tag you pay in the more touristy areas. But if you want a hotel that’s super in the thick of it then you might want something a little more central, so bare that in mind.

We came for a concert, it was very easy to get to Wembley. The staff was extremely helpful amd kind. I traveled with my daughter and felt safe.

This was my favorite hotel I stayed at for my trip! They were SO kind. The front desk worker was always upbeat and welcoming and the food was fantastic. I also loved the free breakfast. Would absolutely come back!!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was great and bed really comfortable. No plug sockets near the bed though.

The hotel was nice and receptionist was brilliant. I found the breakfast staff a little rude. We was asked to move from a 4 table to a 2 even though the room was empty. Hotel was great location though thin walls and could hear every word and on a roundabout as no lots of sirens. Hotel is a little dated and disabled room was very small and wide could hardly move around room as too much furniture.

Check in good, was made a complementary latte, attending a family party so wasn’t in the room long. Booked a room must of been an old one as usually have the more modern, but room was 70s didn’t use bath as had a lot of rust and shower was small head so couldn’t be bothered, all in all still paid over £120 with breakfast was good bacon and sausage of good quality mushrooms tinned not like previous, same breakfast chef as previous visits but scrambled eggs were salty, all in all will book better room next time

There was a small problem with the room and within 3 minutes housekeeping were moving us to another one. Excellent service! Hotel is very convenient for Wembley. Lovely breakfast as well!

We were meant to have kingsize bed but 2 singles. Main issue is how old and run down the hotel is. The stairs and corridor carpet could walk out itself. However rooms were clean and staff were fair. Wish we had been told breakfast closed at 9am though as couldnt have what we had paid for.

The hotel was great for free parking and air con. Generally comfortable we stayed 2 nights in between I would say the room was only half made up. Breakfast was a little disappointing- overall could do with a good paint job and clean up

the two male receptionist, i dont know their names! but they were both so friendly. one helped us to find our way around to our destination, and was just so lovely, and the other one was kind enough to let us have a drink when we really needed one in the morning as we forgot to buy one. overall it was a good experience there. there was just one cleaner/room service woman that was kind of rude to us before we left, but i brushed it off.

fantastic stay! all the staff were friendly and welcoming, especially the bloke on reception, hats off to him! rooms furniture is older but adds a bit of character! would like a tv with a usb port and maybe a few extra plugs by the beds in the twin room but other than that, no complaints! would definitely stay here again!
