Our stay was great! So many friend staff members. VERY ACCOMMODATING! The breakfast was so good and they offer so much. I was leaving on a cruise from Jacksonville and the hotel was 5 minutes away from the port.

For the overall price I would have expected the room to have better furnishings. As it was, the curtains were torn/ripped which let in a lot of light from the parking lot. The cabinet that held the tv looked damaged across the entire bottom as if water had rotted it. The young girl that checked us in was kind and pleasant but I can’t say the same for the older, long gray haired woman the next morning. No smile, no good morning, nothing pleasant. Just sat in the chair and stared when approached. Breakfast was what you’d expect of a continental but we were disappointed the pancake/waffle maker was out of service. Bagels were extremely tough but edible. I paid 2 months in advance for a double bed for 1night for the convenience of being close to the cruise port. Total was $238. I definitely could have gotten this quality elsewhere for far less and it wasn’t worth the convenience. Won’t do it again.

Blood and other stains on the sleeper sofa cushions
Saddle between the kitchen area and living room area had staples sticking up piercing your foot
Our room was above the lobby. The music was blurring all night, even though there’s a noise ordinance 10 PM to 7 AM had to go down and ask them to turn it down

The 2 days we were there nobody cleaned the pool it was very dirty and water was hot would have cleaned it myself but there was no pool net other than that everything was good

The hotel was recommended by my cousin who was getting married in Jacksonville. The hotel was clean and the staff was professional and courteous. Our room was clean and we had no issues.

The doors were not locked at the time specified at 10:00pm. Overall, it was nice stay at reasonable price.

I reserved a King suite and did not get a suite or king size bed. The beds had other peoples hair on the pillows. Beds sunk down very low.
The woman that checked us in was very nice. That was the only good part of the stay here.

Very disappointed! A big let down when we went to the pool and it was filthy dirty we couldn’t even use it. We wants a place in a quiet area with a nice pool because the beach is not in the cards this trip due to my eye surgery. So you can imagine my disappointment when the pool was too dirty to get in and cool off. Needless to say my trip was ruined

There promo photos show a beautifully remodeled lobby. It was. The rooms were terribly outdated. A sign in the lobby said “coming soon” and showed new rooms. The sign appeared old, but not sure. Was originally given a room but the lock was broken. Went back downstairs and got a new room. The receptionist was very nice about it. The new room on the 2nd floor smelled like someone urinated in the ac unit. That smell combined with a moldy and musty smell was wretched. When the AC kicked on, the smell was horrible. It was 1am when we checked in from a long day of travel. Didn’t have the energy to experiment with a third room.

The property was nice and clean. We encountered a small lizard friend while we were there, but staff quickly rounded him up and removed him from our room. My only complaint is the breakfast. It lacked flavor and tasted like it all came from microwave packaging. BUT it was free, so I can't complain, I guess.
I would stay here again.
