The front desk staff was amazing! But the tower floors seemed very dated and smelt bad

The bed was very comfortable and room was quiet even though it’s very close to the airport. Wifi was good. We arrived close to midnight and staff was very welcoming. Good breakfast.

The lighting in the room and bathroom could have been much better. Not good light for makeup in bathroom.

Room

Check in was smooth. Location was close to my jobsite.

Housekeeping never came to clean the room or provide clean towels. I had to call the front desk from my cell phone because the phone in the room was broken and didn't work. Housekeeping brought towels and when I asked why they didn't come to tidy up the room and provide fresh towels, he didn't even understand what I was asking because he spoke little or no English. The toilet was broken and ran continuously nonstop. The television didn't work. The door to the stairs was locked.

We truly enjoy the room itself. The bed was very comfortable and A/C worked great. We didn't get a chance e to try breakfast but we will next time.
