It was very nice and had a nice pool

Staff were friendly.
Rooms were dirty and the whole building smelled like marijuana and mold. We found a pair of dirty underwear hanging from a hook behind the door in our bathroom.

The parking was absolutely awful. Not enough parking space. Had to park on entry road.

Staff did not put enough towels in the room for the parties and then when we asked for more towels, she didn’t want to give them to us told us she didn’t have enough she needed them for her other guest told her we were paying guest. It was just all bad a little altercation

When we walked up to the property, there was blood smeared on my ground, the room was so damp & the bed had stains on the comforters.

I'll tell you what I didn't like about this is the fact that the guy behind the desk try to charge me $50 telling me he's doing me a favor let me check in early when I explained to him that I'm a truck driver and I was just trying to get a room for the night to get out of the back of the truck
And when I first came in he tried to say that they're all booked I had to wait and then $50 I can get a room and check in early trash

The bed was hard, the vending machine and atm were broken, the bathroom was disgusting.

The lobby, the pool area, outside the building is always clean. It's a quiet area
Room #119 needs a new carpet, bed ,paint, and open the windows, the worst room I have ever been in at this hotel.🤢😠🤬

The staff was the best feature, they were responsive and kind.
The maid service was below average: an eyelash, and sock of the previous guests were in the room and then I was concerned about evidence of bed bugs

The location
The room smelled like body odor, it was dirty, the toilet was not firmly attached to the floor, we could hear the adjoining room's tv and conversation-they knocked on the adjoining door several times. The beds were filthy, we tried to sleep in them but it was itchy. We booked the hotel to get a good night's sleep prior to a flight and didn't sleep at all due to the noise and dirty beds. Simply awful.
