Great service and comfortable rooms and beds.

It was ok. Not dirty or anything, but old. Too much air freshener (hiding odor?) Carpets in hallways buckled. Ok for the price. Very limited dining in surrounding area. Nothing in walking distance

It was just what I need and the location was perfect for what I needed.

Hotel was very crummy. My room smelled like weed and the water trickled out of the faucet. The carpet was in rough shape and the lighting looked like a horror movie. The pool was shut down. It took 6 minutes for someone to check me in because they were playing on their phone with headphones in and didn’t notice and hear me. If you are going to pay this much for a hotel definitely find a different one. Thank goodness I was just there for one night. Even still, I almost switched hotels and took the financial hit.

Definitely a fine bed when our flight was delayed overnight. Close to the airport and a fine shuttle. Friendly desk service. But the room carpet was damp, it seemed like there was a spreading leak into the room from outside at ground level, and there was also an unnervingly loud drip in the wall/ceiling.

It was a one nighters so it was ok .

Check it was great- super friendly and thorough. Overall, a good basic place to land before a flight. My only concerns- the duvet smelled like b. o., and the air freshener used was so strong I had a headache.

Stayed during hurricane Debby. The rooms were very nicely insulated so I never even noticed wind or rain noises. Comfy bedding too!

Don’t go by thr pictures. Carpets in hall ways and rooms stink. Poor lighting. Weights under 30lb were missing in fitness center. Looks like pool has been closed for long. They dont mention this at the time of booking.

This is a clean, well maintained, modern facility. The night auditor is courteous, friendly, efficient, and will go out of her way to help a guest---in my case even after checked out. The shuttle service runs on schedule. You WILL get to the airport on time unless you are late getting to the shuttle. The driver I had is courteous, friendly, and has good taste in modern jazz. There were only two complaints: One bedside lamp did not work. Unplugging from a power strip and plugging it directly into an outlet corrected the problem. This facility does not recycle recyclable materials. There is no excuse for that in the 21st century.

It was good for a night of inbetween travel. Pretty decent breakfast as well.

I had arrived several hours before my check-in time, and when I called, I was greeted by the concierge Reggie, who assured me that shuttle service could get me to the hotel from the airport, that he could hold my luggage for me as I found somewhere to eat after a very long trip and that he cpuld get me an early check-in as I was eztremely tired. He then also offered me restaurant suggestions and even granted me a late check-out because of the timing of my flight. From beginning to end, he was one of the most personable and memorable customer relations I have ever experienced, and I travel often several times a month for work. The hotel was very conveniently located and superbly maintained. I felt very safe at all times and applaud this hotel for one of the most noteworthy experiences I have ever been delighted in the midst of incessant commutes and a chaotic work schedule. If you get the honour of meeting Reggie, tell him Dylan from NYC says hey!

I booked two rooms. The hallway had a faint smell of smoke, one room was ok. The 2nd room had rust stains on the sofa bed mattress. They moved us to another room - but the new room smoke smell was overwhelming. We didn't even need to enter the room. We decided to find accommodations elsewhere.

Was less tgan expected. Clearness wasn't the top. And bed were uncomfortable

Proximity to the airport was good. The shuttle was adequate. The elevator was out and the breakfast was disappointing.

We have stayed at this property for years, but noticed on this visit, but it felt very tired. It is in desperate need of a refresh
