The property is run by wonderful people. All very friendly and accommodating. We were on 2nd floor which is older but clean. Layout of suites was awesome for our adult family group. Kitchenettes very functional. Only suggestion is that they need more light in the rooms. Great value for the money.

This place is fine for a night or two aslong as you don't need to spend anytime in your room. The sheets and towels were clean but everything else was dirty and run down. Keep your shoes on and bring your own pillows.

Very unclean. It's an older building, ok, but that doesn't mean that it can be dirty with sticky floors and the like. Bathroom door did not close properly and many other minor things. My rating is based on the cost per night.

overall, good experience, very friendly and helpful staff... the hottub is also very good to relax after your whole day ski... they have a common kitchen which has everything u need. I stayed in the 2-bedroom suite with full kitchen is also quite spacious... the location is center of the fernie town and easy access to everything.. (Grocery, souvenir shops, restuarant etc..) just 2 things... the room is not very clean especially the floor inside the room. and the cost of laundry (CAD$5) and drying (CAD$5) is a bit more expensive than the outside. otherwise, it is a good

The motel is right by the main road so it is quite noisy during the day. However, it completely quieted down at night so we had a great sleep. Blankets, coverlets and pillows, everything looked brand new. You can see some things that show the hotels age but what needs to be modern is. The host was a lovely, helpful man and he has the cutest little dog, which was friendly but didn't chase you around for attention. If needed, we'd stay there again.

Dated, and for the price I paid, I take issue with the condition and facilities. Nice people, just 2x more expensive than it should have been.

This place is not worth the time or money. Spend a couple more dollars and find a different room.

Sam, the owner is amazing. Always remembers us and always so willing to accommodate any needs. Place is always clean. Love being able to sit outside and enjoy the scenery. BBQ available if you want to use it. Close to all amenities, able to walk wherever you want to go.

Fort the price this hotel was disappointing. The bed was uncomfortable, no hair dryer, poor excuse for bath soap, no decaf coffee supplied.

Felt it was overpriced in comparison to other hotels, especially when there was no type of breakfast. Seemed clean and bathroom looked updated.

The guy at the desk who checked us in was really lovely and friendly and gave us a warm welcome. Nice quiet room with beautiful mountain views, great hot tub to relax in after skiing. Walking distance to downtown and lots of restaurants. Cute dog.

Came for the cheap prices and hot tub. You get what you pay for, don’t expect luxury here!

Bathroom door wouldn't shut, towel rack fell off the wall, shower quit after about 2 minutes, bathroom sick drained slowly, no phone. Not recommended.

The walls were thin hear next room. The next room partied until 5 am nothing was done. The hot tub was from 1980 and was so dirty looked like slough water.

This is an older property with basic amenities. We were comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Very basic room, bathroom has been updated. Overall property is quite old and needs lots of work to refresh/update it. Wi-fi was very poor. No excuse for this today as good wi-fi is an essential for most people.

For a 2 star hotel is was more than what I expected. Pretty basic and a bit run down. But clean, and relatively quiet. Close enough to walk downtown and a bunch of places to eat close by. Great bang for buck value.
