Clean and redecorated room. Good stay

Please plan your stay elsewhere. Absolutely abominable motel.

The ‘tower room’ is very nice.

Toilet stopped up, they let it stand all day then gave me a plunger to in plug it. Room wasn’t bad for the price but could use some talc.

I booked 5 rooms for employees for 2 nights. They all complained the rooms were not clean. When one of them went to the room there was already someone checked into the room, and they were booked up and did not have any other rooms empty, so he had to go find another room somewhere else. Another room did not have a showerhead-just a 1/2" pipe coming out the wall. I book 100's of room nights for the company every year, and this is one to the hotels I will never book again

The water at this location was undrinkable. You had to stand at the window to check in and out . Would not stay there again.

Cute place with attention to detail - gentleman at check-in was very nice. We've stayed before and I'm sure we will again. :)

Never got any hot water from the shower or the sink.

Room had a musky smell and the shower head was just a jet stream

Though the property itself could use a little bit of remodeling in certain area's, the staff and property owners are great people. Nothing but great service from the staff.

Sweet Breeze has this feeling as if you're home away from home. It's like a bedroom in a house feeling. I had a room there for about a little over a month and my room location was on the first level, right below some of the people that live there. That being said my bf and I would hear someone talking, laughing and screaming/hollering really loud almost everyday and most nights. Place was caked in dust and stuff on the walls. Had to buy cleaner spray/micro cloths and clean the room myself. My last day there I had asked the front desk lady, Tina, if I can store my 8 bags of cans that I saved up from my time paying to staying there and she kindly said yes.I went there the next day to grab them and they were gone. I know she didn't take them so it had to of been the housekeeping. How unprofessional, especially because of the fact that I seen both of the housekeepers (that day)WATCH me put them where they were left. Also another big no no about the place is the ants! I would go into the bathroom and they would be all over the floor, climbing the tub/shower, on the counter, nightstands, around the microwave, and even on the bed where we slept. I lost count how many times I had woken up to ants crawling all over me. Ugh gives me chills just thinking about it! Tina is a friendly, smart and nice person who always helped me whenever I needed it without any hesitation. Great place, location, and vibe...just all the noise, bugs(ants), banging, etc.

Nice room but couldn't shut the A/C off.

Foot at top of stairs looks like it could collapse. No coffee and maker available on the room or lobby.

Super hard bed. Bright light right outside window with no shades—keeps one up all night. Sketchy Internet. Addicts all around. Refrigerator froze our food—had to toss it out.

Easy check in, got into a room fairly quickly. Staff are nice and friendly. A few good restaurants to check out within walking distance

I came from out of state and arrived a little after 1 am and the staff was prompt and attentive with checking in. Made the late check in easy and convenient.

Small parking lot. Don't bring a trailer here .

Property was well taken care of, room was clean. Check In was easy, owner was very nice.

It definitely not a five star hotel, but it doesn't pretend to be. For the price, this is a clean, comfortable and convenient place. A little noisy in the morning when we were here (Garbage pickup day!) but plenty quiet at other times. If I was in town and looking for a good night's sleep (and not worried about frills) I'd stay here again.

We have booked many hotels, with no issues, through Expedia. I am currently undergoing cancer treatment which is quite a ditance from our house. We usually stay at Motel 6 as they are always really nice about my dogs. This night, we wanted to get a closer place to my daughter's house in case I was up to seeing family. When my husbNd went to check in, the person at the window said they needed a $100 cash deposit, when my husband said we didnt know anything about that, the guy became irate, yelling, etc. He refused to rent to us. We went and rented Motel 6 down the street. When we got here we mentioned it and they said they hear the same story regularly. He refused to refund us. When i went to Expedia he told them we were drunk and disorderly. Hopefully, with the statements from our current location I can recover my money. Sweet Breeze is more like Foul Sewage. Buyer BEWARE!

The toilet was not cleaned. Also, the heater was not working, and I had to survive in the cold. The one night in the hotel made me sick and still suffering.

Overall good stay, but there was some mold in the base if the shower and had a problem getting hot water in the shower.

They only provided first two clean towels and no matter how long you stay at property I stayed 3 nights on 2nd night I asked for clean towels the woman in the office denied not give me the clean towels I ended have to go to the store to buy the towels

It was old and dusty. The window was hard to open, would not stay open. I had to use a book to hold it open. The heater thermostat did not regulate.

Liked the Expedia price of only $38.00. No noise at all unlike at Motel Sixes. Right of the freeway. simple EZ access!

Quiet. Rooms faced parking area, nit busy room. Much nicer thzn exoected from low price.

Check in was smooth and quick. Very clean rooms. convenient location to other services.

We got a room out towards a main street that also was a through road. Poor quality of windows let the noise through all night. The worst was when a garbage truck at 4.30 am started to back up with its squeeky noise.
