The property is pretty run down and old but clean. The bathrooms are small with limited space for 2 people to get ready at the same time.
Convenient location right by Port Denarau but the Palms are better.

Nicely laid out apartment. They were very kind and gave us an extra bed in the lounge and let us have a slightly later checkout. They don’t communicate via email, only phone which is difficult, and there were a few cockroaches in the kitchen - don’t leave food out! Aircon in every room was great. Pool was big. Massages on site were cheap and nice.

Nice property with good sized apartments for families. Large deck which was nice and full facilities. Pool area was great and close to the Port. Perfect for short stop over before or after visiting the islands

The property is well positioned (less than 5 minute walk to the Port where there are dining options and shopping and for the ferries) and we’ll maintained. The staff are all super friendly and willing to help, always. I didn’t use the pool (but was very tempted) and the service at the poolside bar was exemplary. I’ll be back!

Our family of 4 enjoyed 10 nights at the terrace apartments. With the unbeatable location across the road from the marina, restaurants and shops. The pool area is lovely and quiet with plenty of room for all. Staff were all lovely. Apartment was spacious complete with a kitchen and laundry inside. We will definitely be back.

We have stayed at The Terraces on three or four previous occasions and always enjoyed our stay. The apartments are clean, modern, well-equipped and have a lovely outlook over the golf course and lagoon. The swimming pool is great and shops and restaurants are at Port Denarau across the street. We hope to return again.

I really enjoyed the private and quiet property. It was exactly what I was after. The staff were super friendly and non invasive leaving you to youself. There was always the knowledge that they were available if I needed anything. Pool was a lovely space to relax and kitchen was well equipped. I'll definitely be back.

It was perfectly located in Port Denarau. We walked to the Marina for shopping, meals and to board ferries and excursion boats. It was very clean. The room was a small apartment with all the amenities. Wonderful air conditioning.

This was our 3rd time staying here, what can we say we love it here. Staff are very friendly, welcoming and any request is met straight away. The pool area is lovely and quiet. Port Denarau is just a 5 minute walk. There are plenty of eating options, supermarket, atms, clothing shops. We had a one bedroom apartment, full size fridge, gas cooking,, well equipped kitchen. Lovely patio area looking onto the lovely gardens and the golf course across the way. The staff always remembers us which is lovely. Great place to stay for couples and families.

Very well located right next to the port which has all your restaurant/shopping needs as well as food access to boats for cruising to the islands. Perfect for a day or 2 stop over, nice pool and good size apartments.
