One of the very best locations in Zagreb, good breakfast, slightly dated interior, but therefore fairly reasonably priced. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location, on the main square.
Pleasant and helpful staff especially the ladies at the front desk/ reception.
Room was comfortable however the bathroom is a bit dated. It would be nice to modernize the decor in the bathroom.

We booked this 4-star hotel which had excellent reviews and was very well located.
We did appreciate the location which is in the centre of the shopping and restaurant area.
Unfortunately, our hotel room seemed worn out. The bed frames were quite damaged, the walls had many scuffs, and the towel warmer was not working. Additionally, the bathroom had no available electrical outlets. The open atrium is attractive, but we found it to be noisy at night. The breakfast that was included was great.
I would rate this hotel as a 3-star and one that requires updating.

This hotel is close to everything.
Breakfast was exemplary! Rooms a little outdated and some issues such as tv not working, air conditioner not working. They took care of it anyway. Some tips or comments for the hotel: pillows should be 2 per guest. Provide more towels. Vacuuming the entire room for housekeeping and probably renovate the rooms. Otherwise, will still stay in this hotel-location was the best

The hotel was nice and the staff were helpful. The lobby and hallways look like they had been upgraded. The room was a little tired. The blow dryer was ancient and they only had a few current ones to lend out The location was perfect, in the center of the city.

We appreciated the location once we found the hotel on a walking street and parked the car. The breakfast was excellent and the staff extremely helpful.

Breakfast is fantastic with so much to choose from and attentive staff.
Room was okay but I did have ants which I reported without anything apparently done about it.
No English channels on the tv.
Also they tried to charge me for bar drinks I hadn’t had.

Friendly helpful staff. And they took notice of the comments field when booking & my room had a great view of the city square. I was so impressed with hotel Dubrovnik. Lovely breakfast included.

Great writeup and pictures to have you select the hotel for lodging. Staff was exceptional. Breakfast was great! Rooms were mediocre at best. Clean but carpet and curtains were really bad. Forgot to supply morning coffee stuff. Bed was comfortable though.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only negative is parking which is confusing to find (directions only get you to the general area of parking lot) and then walking a few blocks to haul your luggage.

The staff is lovely at this hotel! The rooms definitely need an upgrade, however. Renovations would help this property a great deal! For example, there are no plugs beside the bed. I had to unplug the lamp in order to charge my devices. I also found the blankets rough and itchy. I asked for an extra blanket and one could not be provided for me. I guess there was no extra blankets in the whole hotel? The reason you stay here is because it’s so centrally located and you could walk everywhere.

Very nice hotel in the center of everything in Zagreb. The front desk staff were excellent and the breakfast is very good. Only negative is were the parking is related to the hotel. You access across the street and get to the hotel thru a dark not great looking tunnel. We didn't have any issues but also did not feel comfortable going through there at night.

Stayed 2 nights. Room was clean and as described, air conditioning efficient. Walkable to old town and station so easy access to Zagreb. Enjoyed buffet breakfast.

We understand the hotel is old. However, it needs a major renovations and cleanliness needs to be better.

The hotel needs to have more ice available to its guests. We would request ice and only receive 1 small glass . We stayed 4 nights and it was 30 every day, this is not acceptable!!

You stay here because of location because of the staff. You don’t stay here because of the room quality or the quality of the Common areas. If I could, I would give this 4.5 overall, not a four.

Over priced . Ac didn’t work 26 degrees in the best room they have to offer is beyond pathetic

I would call this an acceptable hotel. The room was smaller than I expected, but I did book the cheapest because I was only there for one night in order to catch an international flight the next day. The biggest issue I had was that my air conditioner wasn’t working, and I inquired about this 3 to 4 times. They said they would send a technician, but he never showed up. so sleeping was a bit difficult.

I stayed for 6 nights and that was great stay.The staff is friendly and kindly, our request was fulfilled.
The breakfast was so delicious.
The room was clean and very spacious.
I had precious memories of Zagreb.

It is worn out for a 4 star hotel. I’ve had sheets with holes in them. Bed head board is dirty. Overall the condition of the room I stayed in is similar to a motel. The location is good but no car access so you gotta walk from car drop off. Imagine with heavy luggages. And it runs out of conditioners.
