I never like complaining so I didn’t, but I was definitely disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. The shower curtain had huge stains on it. Looked like blood or diarrhea. I bleached the tub before using it. Then when I got a “clean” towel, there were streaks all over it like it was dirty. Both of our double beds had sheets that were torn and one of the blankets has the stuffing falling out.

The room 305 smelled like pee. We were too tired to bother with finding another hotel and it was late. The carpet must have been completely full of it. And its not like a person cleaning it would not have noticed. Its the ONLY thing you smell when in that room. The facility overall was dingy and in need of a serious remodel.

Customer service was great. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Hotel is a bit dated in some places and room had kind of a moldy odor but not too bad. Everything was clean. It's pet friendly so perfect place for us to stay.

Only area of thought for amenities La Quinta offers is change up the breakfast entree. Sausage Biscuit and gravy 4 days in row is rough and caloric😁. Otherwise, no issues. Nice property.

We were there for a sporting event and were told at check in this was a large event for the hotel… why would the only options for breakfast be dry cereal, biscuits and gravy or yogurt? These are athletes and need actual food and protein. Had to spent money to eat every meal out.

Pool was frigid, indoor pool was so cold!

The A/C unit was not all there, pieces where mussing. The unit leaked into the room and the carpet in the room was all wet. In the mornings we woke up to roach in the room crawling in our clothes. The room walls have been damaged and patched but not repainted, looked very unkept. I told the front desk when we checked out and all i was told was, " oh sorry" . Will not stay at this location again.

We booked this last minute due to the hurricane changing our plans. We just needed something for 3 adults- sofa bed. Good sized room- enough room for 4 adults and all their luggage open. Great shower water pressure. Sofa bed not comfy- he could feel the springs. There was a poorly patched large opening above the shower. Smaller than usual breakfast- Texas waffle, cereal, biscuits and gravy. Cute town.

I liked how close it was to the event I was attending.
However, the room smelled of urine and was dirty. The floor hadn't been vacuumed and there was food in the chair at the desk. There was hair in the tub.

We stayed one night and it was great. Front desk staff was nice and courteous. Housekeeping as well, we did not need service but they were very welcoming when we met in the hallway.
