Staff was very happy to help. Very attentive. Place was average. Only concern, not a complaint, you are not able to control the AC. No remote for it. It got hot for me and could not control the AC.

Great property and location. My only disappointment is that I wanted and paid for a city view room, and what they had was a view to another building. Very limited view. It’s better not to offer a city view when you know it’s not available.

Very good hotel! Perfect for business trips or work. Free parking and breakfast! Breakfast a little limited, but very good! I do not recommend it for families because there is nothing entertaining for children. The room was very nice and clean. The staff is very attentive!

The place is being remodeled and our room was of the old ones. We needed a room change and it took 3 days even with someone having disability issues. The staff was mostly unavailable to be reached. Don’t recommend will never return.

The A/C programming was in auto and is awful and very difficult sleeping with the turning off and on sound. Some areas of the room were dirty. Very noisy environment which I expected.

I felt $200 for the room was too much for the size of the room considering it was pretty small but I definitely would stay again if I find better prices. The area is great, service is wonderful and the free breakfast wasn’t the best but was good, and overall is convenient place when there are activities going on in Mayagüez. Hope to be back soon.

I would absolutely stay here again. The Mayaguez plaza is an inviting hotel with easy access to so many close spots to enjoy in the city. The staff was helpful and courteous. One night the fire alarm kept going off in the middle of the night, but that may have been an unruly guest. My only complaint was that the shower never really got hot, but it was tolerable and my experience was great overall. Two thumbs up!

The hotel is in great condition for a historic building. Is very convenient to stay here since is right in the middle of the town square. The rooms are very comfortable and the AC is really good. Overall a great stay
