The place is beautiful the construction is the bad but all the rest of the place was nice.

Too much mosquitoes, bar is closed too early, my room didn't had any mobile coverage and wifi didn't reach the room had to go outside, and besides the pool there aren't any entertainment in the hotel

Charming views I suggest you get up at 5:40 am and watch the sunrise, it's quite a spectacle. The delicious breakfast overlooking the garden and sea. We loved the extremely relaxing pool. The terraces for conversing or meditating outside are comfortable. We loved the experience, it is unique, we did not need music, nature gave its own. Ample parking. You have access to the beach to walk along the coast. It is also close to the Guajataca Tunnel, steps you can walk there and it is close to the Mirador de Guajataca. Our visit will be repeated. I look forward to everything going perfect in your remodeling, it's turning out beautiful.

I did not like that the regular rooms do not have a coffee maker, we are coffee lovers and although it is offered at breakfast if a fan of our island or a Borincano stays discovering their culture and their country, they cannot miss even if it is a coffee maker in the regular rooms even if it is small. It is important to note that in the room we stayed, water was coming out of the toilet and they were very kind and changed the room to fix it. I appreciate your attention since this was the decisive thing to return to the place.

We had dinner at the restaurant and I wasn't impressed, I had a Morongo and it that's and smelled old, we also ordered fish tocos, they was not good either,

The hotel was to run down Bathroom leaked Balcony dirty. No fridge or coffee in room. Not worth the price I paid

The view was amazing, the pool was well kept very clean.

The amenities in the room we were in were very minimal no chairs or tables no refrigerator The lighting was poor. Not a comfortable.4 day stay.

The pools and beach access are spectacular. We also enjoyed feeding the Sato dogs.

The shower control was very hard to work.

Loved the view from the room. Breakfast staff were very efficient and helpful. The breakfast each day was very simple but not always hot when served.

Balcony door lock wasn't working and had to be repaired before use. Shower door wouldn't stay closed. Hung the room service request after the second day but it was missed. When it did get done the next day it was done well.

The view from our room was mesmerizing. This hotel has one of the most beautiful beach views I've ever seen.

Needs variety, for example, no bacon, cold coffee but the portions were good and the people especially the American guy, that sadly I didn’t catch his name was very nice

I’m reserved my room like months ago and the supervisor give you my room to another tourist!!! I was very sad that happens and last moment they give me another one. But the room not have microwave.coffe make!!!
