Super friendly and super clean. Stay here in your travels your room has everything you need and great for longer stays. We have been traveling for long periods and this is the best for your money.

Hotel has been updated and was extremely nice. Bed was comfy but will say walls are on the thinner side. But overall really great hotel for the price.

5 stars for friendliness of staff, for mattress and pillows and for the breakfast. That would be the place to go back to

I have never given a hotel 5 stars but I have for this one. We only stayed 1 night but it was a great stay. Breakfast was very good, the staff is awesome and the room was very clean and comfortable. When we visit my son again, we will be back. Highly recommend!

The elevator is a little jumpy. As in when you are on 2nd or 3rd floor to go down it lunges down like a roller-coaster a bit. The cleaning was good but for a 8 day stay they were only going to change sheets and sweep on day 7. Every 2 days was trash and towels. I had to switch it up.

Everything was really good !! The Customer Service really poor besides Calvin even i arrived really late he received me with a positive attitude and with a smile . The rest not even good morning and to much questions when u request towels or etc.

The young lady that checked us in was kind, fast, and had a warming smile that was contagious. I plan to stay here each month I come for my church business. The room was clean and everything was where it was supposed to be! Breakfast was hot, clean, and a nice variety of things. The greatest value ever!

I have stay in bunch of hotels in Killeen and out of all of them this is the best one and definitely staying here more often, the staff is amazing definitely recommend.

The property was the typical Marriott you would expect. It was very quiet but the floor was torn up in places and they had some construction going on. There was no pool access either. It was not open for the season. Additionally, because we had a pet, they charged us $100 which is almost the same cost as a room. This is ridiculous in my opinion and it needs to be changed. It's either going to make people come in without letting the front desk know if they have pets or people are going to stop bringing their pets or are not coming in at all. We do not plan on going to Marriott again because of their high price for pets. We have gone to hotels where we can get a charge on our card and till they clean the room and find it's not torn up and then they reverse it. It was my mistake for not seeing the $100 charge forehand I would not have booked otherwise!!

Was a great place super comfortable very clean, love the walk shower , breakfast was amazing, the service was awesome !!!still haven't had the pending charge for the incidentals released back to my account yet . But overall 10!!! I love this place

Safe area. Clean and spacios rooms. Convenient to everything and lived staff. Calvin is awesome! Great breakfast choices. No kids running all night.. construction did not disturb us working remotely needing quiet time. Thanks!

The Front Desk associate was very helpful. She was the only person managing the front desk and she did it gracefully. She definitely deserves a raise.
