This is my go-to hotel when arriving/departing Bali. Great location and amenities and excellent service, and a quick drive to the airport. Remember to bring earplugs if you go to sleep early as it’s across the street from a venue that often has live music at night!

The hotel is brilliant and their service are well done. No matter from the room service, or to the swimming pool, they always take care of you. Especially the staff who drive us to the airport, who ask us to check the flight whether had been cancelled due to the volcano ash before he left. It was so sweet and i had never experienced.

Flew in to DPS for an overnight stay before heading to Lombok. What an amazing experience. From airport pick-up to check-in and buffet breakfast the next morning. The staff are more than willing to assist and super friendly...as you'd expect in Bali! Highly recommended for an airport stay at a great price!

The staff here are awesome. Super friendly and super helpful. We loved the room and the pool was excellent. My only small criticism was I would like a softer bed. Overall, easy a five star experience. Going back at the end of our holiday for 3 more days and my 60th birthday.

The location is good as walking distance to the malls. Best part it’s just next to the Catholic Church. Everything is good however the towels provided in the rooms are old and hard.
Will come back again when we are in Kuta.

Property is clean and staff is very pleasant. Really appreciate the free shuttle from/to airport. Exceeding expectation. Excellent value.

We stayed for two nights. The staff were fantastic and were very helpful with our requests. We will be frank: there was a rodent in the rafters of our room which made our sleep the second night challenging. The front desk moved us to a new room which did not have the same scratching sounds as the initial room.
The spa was lovely, the location was convenient for our purposes (a couple days of stop over).

Great hotel in the middle of hustle and bustle of Kuta, Bali. Lovely pool area- quiet, and you forgot you were in a busy tourist area.
Clean, great service and food was excellent in restaurant. Breakfast with fresh bread and eggs to order and lots of other choices. We are dinner here too- great food and well presented. I used the spa for manicure- great! Staff helpful in letting us sure luggage while we went to Gili T island.

To be honest we vacated the hotel after 2 nights.We where supposed to stay for 8 nights.
Hotel is very basic with poor ambience and chlotrophobic .
We booked room for 3 people
No space to walk or adequate storage facility to store cloths.
Its 1st time we had to do this
Hotel wanted to charge us for extra tea bag.
We moved to another hotel opposite to it.We forefit our fees.
We had two room for 5 people
Hotel appears nice in the lictire but in reality its opposite.

The pool access room we booked had a strong mold smell. So in the end we decided to upgrade to a better room and bigger room. The upgraded room was alot cleaner and doesn’t have the mold smell. The upgraded room was definitely comfortable. The breakfast buffer was not that good, food was either too salty or the juice is too bland

We had a lovely stay. Only 1 night but close to airport with transfers included. Lovely breakfast and great location. Rooms was fantastic with lovely view over the pool.

Great hotel and amazing staff! We had a slight plumbing problem but the staff quickly moved us to another room for the meantime while they worked on getting our room fixed. The daily breakfasts were good and so was their dinner menu. Especially loved the friday night special moolight dinner and traditional dance. The laundry services and swimming pool were a great bonis for us. Would definitely book again!

The hotel was much better than anticipated. Great location, clean and no problem with noise at all. The staff was personable, friendly and accommodating. I’d come back and would recommend a stay here. The room was large and had all we needed. Excellent choice if you’re looking to stay in Bali!!
