Beautiful room, excellent service, great hotel food. Really fantastic stay!

I had multiple issues regarding this stay at this hotel this time. I stayed here before for one music festival prior and I had a wonderful experience. I’m not sure what happened this time. I bought a double room reservation for me and some friends they were coming up before me and I called and spoke to a gentleman who said they could take my payment over the phone and all I would have to do is once I arrived show the car that was used which was not a problem. Somehow we got disconnected and I called back and got a woman And was going to continue with the call and make the payment only to be told that I could do it but I had to do some kind of payment authorization form which could take days. I asked to speak to a supervisor who was another gentleman who was very short with me. I was not sure why they could not honor what the First Gentleman told me bc I was using the card that booked the reservation. It’s also interesting that they needed a card there but if I would have no showed they would have no physical card but would still charge me! However, I was told by the supervisor that whoever shows up first has to pay for both reservations and show a card. I get there after my guests In the other room only to be told they were able to just pay for their room which I’m not sure why I was not told that in the beginning smh. It also was not what I was told on the phone. I check in and the beds are literally leaning to one side and the toilet was nasty!

Disappointed this time. Bad breakfast. Staff could not find me an advil.

Overpriced, old dated hotel. The celing was leaking in the bar area and buckets were out. Vwry ovwrpiced foe the small, outdated room.

The Glenn was just what we needed! Great location, service and room! Walkable to attractions and restaurants and the football stadium. I would recommend the Glenn to all of my friends and family.

We were coming to stay for a concert which was cancelled last minute. Management wouldn’t refund us, or let us select another date to come back and stay.

Will definitely stay here again
