We enjoyed the suite. The pool was small, but warm and well kept. We were disappointed that you could only get into the WIFI if you paid for it, or became a member. That would have been good information to have before we booked.

I specifically asked for 2 double beds and was given a room with a sofa bed. Not happy.

The woman who set up breakfast was extremely friendly and helpful, saying hello to everyone and keeping the place clean and the food replenished.

The room was clean but they had no services. Claimed bc of Covid. That was 4 years ago. Give me a break. No clean towels or made beds.

We spent one week at this hotel. Everything was great, but the best part of our stay was the staff—especially Bonnie at the breakfast. The food was always good, but Bonnie made our stay feel like home. She is the best ambassador for the hotel and area. She helps guests feel welcome and “at home.” We will always remember her fondly. I recommend this hotel highly.

Bonnie who works the breakfast bar was so friendly and kind. She always kept everything stocked. She went out of her way to talk to all the guests. It had a good variety for a free breakfast.

The stay was average. The check in was below average and the morning of check out was not good because house keeping is knocking on the doors at 9 am. She was ready to clean the room. It Sunday and check out is 11 am

The staff was lovely especially Bonnie in the breakfast area. She answered all my questions and showed me documentation to alleviate my concerns about the sodium level in the fresh scrambled eggs. She offered all the assistance that I might need to help make our stay stress free.She is a wonderful asset to your hotel family.

Great, accommodating hotel. Friendly front desk. We had a very late check in, requested a rollaway bed, and it was delivered promptly! Continental breakfast was good, and employee working there was very helpful and friendly. Overall nice experience for one night stay.

Upon pulling in, there were plenty of spaces to park. The front desk associate was pleasant as well. When we got on the elevator it seemed a bit unsafe. There was no handsoap in our bathroom and our toilet ran non stop. It wasn’t until this morning that we realized the toilet was also leaking and the floor was moist. I probably won’t return to this establishment.

Motel is located in a quiet area and having many breakfast options was very nice!

My wife and I stayed here overnight while I was intown for work. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was kind and accomodating. The system where the TV is on and greets you with a personalized greeting is a nice touch. My only nitpicky knocks against it were breakfast in the morning was just okay and parking lot has a divisive median planted with prickly shrubs (I only mention because while we were there, an older guess tried traversing it and fell down in the parking lot, seems like an unnecessary obstacle for people just trying to get to their cars quickly).

We were first put in a room that smelled "damp", i think it was Rm 434. We asked to be moved and we were moved to the first floor; room had "no smell" and we were fine.

Refrigerator was not working when I arrived. When maintenance “fixed” the issue it started freezing everything. The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. The beds were full size vs the queen size advertised.
