The guy who checked me in was very rude and nasty with Me

Overall stay was fine, was caught off guard by the resident $100 deposit that had to be in cash, I got it back once I check out.

Roach in first unit 314. Moved to 304 and bathroom filled with mold in drywall and behind toilet.

Hotel room and facilities was nice, staff was awesome. And very nice.

This location appeared to be family run. We were accommodated on an early check in. Breakfast we decent. The pool was great. Staff were very friendly. Our travel plans, so we did need to check out the night before expected. We had prepaid on expedia, so no refund, but that was a casualty of the mess with flight cancellations and delays.

Toilets clogged on every flush. No eggs in breakfast buffet. Curtains didn’t cover windows. AC was mid at best. Shower head was disgusting and looked like it was from 1964.

One of my favorite locations

I liked that it was close to everything i wanted to do but i didn't feel safe at night alone in the area and the breakfast made me violently ill.

Did not stay. Arrived only to find original room smelled of mildew was offered another room and that room had live bugs in it and the appearance of someone having been on the bed.

The hotel is so clean. Staff was great!

The stay was comfortable for a budget hotel. I appreciated having the microwave and refrigerator in the room. The faucet in the bathtub was loose so it was a little challenging get the faucet in the right spot for the hot water. The AC was not on when we first entered the room and we had to reset the surge protector. It stopped working overnight on the first night and we had to reset it again. From then on, it worked fine. I thought the room was priced a little high for a "budget" room but it seems like that is the going rate in the area.

The service was great and the room was clean. The bed was the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. It was hard and the foot was higher than the head. The pillows were flat. The tube appeared to be clean, but once I turned the shower on there was hair in the tub before I got into the shower. There was also hair on the back of the toilet. The owner really needs to update the beds and do a better job cleaning the bathrooms.

There was not enough parking at the hotel. Could not find a single parking space! Had to park at Home Depot and car got towed! Will not stay here again!

I receive a message where that said my checkout it is at 12pm I leave at 12:10 and the front desk told me you don’t have the deposit we keep it, It's disrespectful. At least they could remove half of the deposit or part of the deposit for the time it took us when they regularly in a hotel they charge you after late hours

Everything had a sign about what you can't do, what they don't accept or what wasn't working which was a lot. The card I booked with wasnt accepted as payment so i had to go to an atm for cash. The sheets were stained. The housekeepers beat on your door very early in the morning, even on day of check out. The guy that checked us in was nice but thats about it. It was a place to lay your head at night.

It was average in my opinion. Carpet could use a cleaning in the room and clean bathroom floors. Breakfast was slim pickings. Both mornings they did not refill anything that was out, at least when we were in dining room at around 8:30-9:30 range. AC unit was off when we arrived to room. Refrigerator was turned down low (not cold) and the microwave cabinet door was about to fall off. I understand not wanting to waste electricity but customers should not have to work through these details.

The hotel desk staff were nice but the room was not cleaned. Trash was left in the room, no availability for ice or vending. The refrigerator made an awful grinding sound in the night that scared me half to death.
