No electricity twice during 3 night stay

I always stay at this hotel whenever I come to Bangkok. Road traffic is terrible, to be honest, but it's BKK; there are no other options.

Well located on Thong Lo.
Our one bedroom apartment was spacious and very well appointed. Having a balcony was an added bonus.

They offered a shuttle service to and from the skytrain (BTS) and during the day you had access to free coffee, tea and juices plus cookies. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice place to stay for two nights, enjoy the pool and the let s relax just next to it. But the gym facilities are a bit old

Breakfast room and buffe room is too far. Breakfast room is too chilly.
Hunger in the closet is not removable, which is very inconvenient.
Washing machine’s drier ability is very weak so it takes too much time.

Overall is good but found some ants walking around at night if turn off lights. Need to turn on all lights otherwise you will find some ants hiding in your bags or luggage

I like the room because it's spacious and well maintained, but to add to it is just breakfast area is small and limited seats. The location is one of the best in Bangkok called Thong Lor, which is the heart of city. The pool is big and outdoor.

The noise of the car in the hotel next door was heard all night and I couldn't sleep well.

Friendly staff makes all the difference. Food Mart, McD, Japanese restaurants, local street food vendors are all near by the hotel. Gym and Sauna are very good. Best thing about the hotel though, is the staff. They really make you feel like a family after all these years of staying there.

Best feature about the hotel is the staff. Always try to give me an upgrade when possible, as they did this trip.
Only negative from my last review is that the hotel is going thru a swimming pool and walkway renovation until Oct 8. So if anyone is planning on using the pool until the work is finished, one must use the swimming pool next door at Grand Centre Point. I found this experience very unappealing as it takes about 20 minutes for the 2 staffs to walk with you to the next hotel to be able to use their pool. Not worth the time...
Other than that, I had a very enjoyable stay, as usual.

Best hotel in Thonglo area without a doubt.
I am a regular here after trying many different hotels around Sukumvit, Ekkamai, and Thonglo areas. It has best location in all of Bangkok (little away from all the action, so little quiet...but close enough for BTS and local life), and most important, staff. Gives me a upgrade (as in this trip) whenever possible, and very friendly atmosphere. Only negative is that the hotel is getting tired, and needs a spruce up in some areas. otherwise, it's perfect !

I loved staying here!! It was a bit annoying because we were next door to the hotel with the same name so every time we order food or a car they would go there and we would have to walk over. Other than that, the employees are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very convenient and the scrambled eggs were so delicious! The apartment comes with a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer combo (even though our dryer didn’t work), a balcony, living room, dining area, a larger bathroom and bed room.

Comfortable— great service and housekeeping! Nearby (construction?) noise until midnight was annoying for a couple of days before it stopped. A recycle program for glass, plastic, and cardboard is needed.
Overall, a fine property with great amenities in a desireabke location.
