Perfect location to get to everywhere. A big market in a walking distance. Close to the main attractions— Myungdong and Kwanghwamoon plaza. Very safe to walk around. Kitchen and laundry machine were small but met our needs. Staff at the front desk and housekeeping were highly responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend travelers who want to explore downtown Korea.

The hotel is conveniently located near bus lines, restaurants and convenient stores. The room is clean but the bed is extremely firm and the bathroom has a small space. The plus is the washer and dryer.

Just on the outskirts of the main tourist areas but close to transport links and places to eat. Use of pool and sauna included in price. Apartment includes just about everything you need and cleaning staff go out of their way to ensure you have all you require.

Well maintained and excellent layout of the room for family. Also great location in Seoul.

Room was spacious and clean, however try to get a higher floor, I was given level 4 and since it was near the road. It get noisy in the morning

This place is centrally located closer to all major attractions in Seoul. Very easy walk to the palaces, city hall, shopping areas. I stayed at one bedroom apartment and it was very spacious and clean. I recommend this place to everybody.

My parents stayed for 21 days and were really satisfied with the view, cleaness and quiteness. My dad had surgery and this place was perfect for his rest when he got discharged from hospital.

Clean place with friendly staffs

The hotel and its runnings was great. Orders us a taxi and the end of our stay, great green policy. It’s just small things like the toilet/bathroom combo. The space for the bathroom (shower and toilet) was small. The shower took up half the space then the toilet 1/4 so you only had a small space to move. Then the sink was outside of the door. The room was generally fine, however the AC was a little loud, I even confused it as the traffic noise outside for a while. The cleanliness was fine too.

Spacious room. Loved that we could move around without bumping into each other. We did not use the kitchen because we stayed only for 1 night, but will consider the hotel for a longer stay in the future. Also it’s conveniently located near the Seoul Station which was a short taxi ride. Saved us the headache of lugging multiple suitcases around. Staff was ultra friendly. Shout out to Joy who helped us find a late night dinner and helped order our food when after all nearby restaurants were closed. Room could benefit with a bit of an upgrade in the furnishing.

The room was large and comfortable; view good too. Walking distance to a number of public transportation options. As a business traveler with a couple of free days I found it ideal.

Love that the suite was large, was really nice to have such a large space after staying in Japan for a week. Location is definitely central but the hotel is older and needs some work. I didn’t use the facilities but saw that there was a pool and several restaurants on site. There were some areas that could have used a good cleaning but overall decent stay. I have never stayed in a one bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms. Staff was nice and helpful, Coffeebean access in lobby was nice.

I like to stay here. The room was big and clean and the shower worked really well. The only downside was that the bed was too hard for my (european) taste. The staff was friendly, helpful and spoke english. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and it's a 10 min. walk to the subway. There are also some nice restaurants and several small supermarkets in walking distance. There are no sights in the hotel neighborhood but you can get everywhere by bus / subway easily so I didn't mind. We got two bottles of water each day for free which we appreciated. The room has a kitchen with a fridge and even a freezer. It also offers a washing maschine but I didn't use it. Overall I would recommend it for a trip to Seoul and I would stay here again.

We stayed for 3 nights and wished we could've stayed longer. Our room has all the things we need for our short stay- well-equipped mini kitchen and a small coffee/dining table for my husband and I. The room is spacious, bed comfy. We visited the pool/gym area and wished we had a chance to use it but we were short on time. Will consider this hotel again if we ever have a chance to back in Seoul as it is close to pretty much everything.

property in need of a renovation. flooring were coming off and lightbulb at the door was spoiled. booked it at off peak so was cheap.

Very clean and spacious room with kitchen, appliance, utensils and cookware. Gym is above average for a hotel gym. It has a smith machine with limited weight plates. This is a very nice hotel for families. Would have given 5 star if not for the below average staff attitude and customer service.

My husband and I stayed here for 16 nights, in the 1 bedroom deluxe apartment on the 13th floor. It was an amazing stay overall and we would highly recommend this place to our friends. The unit was very spacious with a separate lounge/dining area as well as a separate bedroom, and had lots of storage space for our clothes, coats and bags (and shopping). The kitchen was very well equipped with appliances and even had a washing machine. The bathroom was also very spacious and ventilated well. The location is also amazing, being very close walking distance to 3 major stations and a bus station across the road, meaning public transport was super easy. The only negative was that the cleaning ladies come around very early in the morning, at times around 9am, so we had to kindly ask them to come back later. Other than that, nothing to fault! We will definitely stay here again.

Best place to stay in Seoul! Walking distance to Seoul Station, shopping and subways (but everywhere is close to the subways). Staff was great, the room was spacious ans amazing. Having now stayed elsewhere in Seoul, we will never stay anywhere but Fraser Place Central if we can help it.

Stayed one night on biz trip. Convenient location, great food options nearby. Overall pleasant and comfortable stay. Didn't get to use the washing machine or kitchen equipment in the room, but it definitely would come in handy for longer stays. Spacious, clean, warm and friendly staff. The only thing that bothered me was the beeping sound of the crossroads outside (stayed on the street side, 5th floor) but otherwise, happy with the stay and would definitely return for my next trip.

Was more like an apartment than a hotel but with hotel standards / service! Very clean, very comfortable, excellent location for sightseeing/holiday. Great public transport connections too! Will definitely stay again!

I was so impressed by the home-like comfort and the excellent service of all the staff. I think the Fraser Place Central Hotel is the best hotel and I will never forget our wonderful experience.
