I did not stay in the room there so many problems I did not stay I requested refund because the room was not to my satisfaction so I left a couple hours after check in I was not satisfied with stay

The stay was good except for a couple fighting and they were very loud. It was bothersome.
The lady who was available to assist with breakfast wasn't very pleasant. There was no cream cheese for the bagels.

I have stayed at this property dozens of times over the years. It's still in decent condition but it needs a little TLC. More concerning than that is their staff. They either need to train their employees on customer service or replace them.

We paid extra for breakfast. No breakfast or coffee was provided. The breakfast person was a no show was the excuse. The front desk person told me to make coffee in my room except part of the coffee pot was missing. No partial refund was offered by management. Very unprofessional staff and poor experience.

Front desk clerk was nice and ready for us. Our room had a cleaning rag left on the floor, the air in one of our rooms wasn't working very well and the ceiling fan was broken. For the cost of over $300, the rooms should be in better condition. Breakfast was okay. Well stocked. Would have liked bacon instead of sausage at least one of the days but that is preference only.

The receptionist was very helpful & friendly. Unfortunately our room had one bed with a broken frame. We reported it and nobody came to fix it. The room was not cleaned very well and had garbage on the floor when we arrived. The jacuzzi was also broken and the pool had stuff floating in it.

No sleep! The room next yo us paeties until almost 2AM. We called the front desk 3 times and asked for the issue to be taken care of. But it was not. In the morning, I asked for a refund and was told because I booked through Hotels.com, I couldn't be refunded and that is why I should have called the hotel directly.

Room was very spacious. Shower door didn’t slide close as it was suppose to. Breakfast was great. Pool water appeared cloudy and jets in hot tub did not work.

It had so much potential, most of which can be remedied. Layout of room was great, but air conditioner blew directly on sofa, making it hard to sit there. The bed was slightly saggy, and I awoke with a stiff neck and back every day. The bathroom sink didn't drain well, so the sink filled when using it. The key maker was broken for our entire 3-night stay, so someone had to let us in each time. Some of the staff was very nice about it, others less so. The pool was closed for maintenance. But the room was clean! And we loved having a kitchen.

Receptionists were not the friendliest at first. Took time to check in because of the Microsoft outages. Room was clean. The downside was the pool was closed.

I forgot my wallet in the hotel room and didn't realize it until later that day. I had a good amount of cash in my wallet. When I finally realized I had forgotten my wallet and called the hotel, the manager informed me that their staff had found the wallet after our checkout and submitted it to the manager. This extraordinary act of honesty and kindness by the hotel staff is something I truly appreciate and can't thank them enough for.

The key cards in the doors were broken most of the stay. The ice machine was broken. The elevator broken. Not a good stay.

The staff was lovely and helpful, and the facility was clean and inviting. But the corporate operations need to do something to smooth the acceptance of payments from third parties like Expedia and Hotels.com. Our payment was noted on the hotel system as “declined,” and if I hadn’t pushed on the problem I would have likely been double-charged, through no fault of the desk clerk who was simply trusting what the system told him. Luckily his supervisor stepped in and had experience with how to resolve the issue, and after about 10 minutes of wrestling with the program she got us a solution that should keep the double billing from happening (confirmation later, when we can see it reflected on our credit card statement). Again—no complaints about the hotel staff, but I use Hotels.com to make things easier, and the whole experience was not easy for anyone.

Pool and hot tub is not very clean. We booked through Expedia and were charged at the time of booking and charges again upon arrival to the hotel. So we paid double for one stay and we’re told to contact Expedia to only lead to no resolution and double payment

The highway noise is very loud in the rooms. There was a used toothbrush next to the bed, not sure how that was missed. Floors didn’t appear to have been swept. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Would not stay here again.

We checked in at 7pm and had to rush to soccer games that ran late, so didn’t get back until midnight. We had a 1 br suite. When we left, the temp was fine. When we returned the sofa space was warm and the BR was freezing. The heat/ac unit in the BR was blowing cold air. The therm on the wall said ERR….tried to turn on heat. Tried to turn unit off. It just kept blowing. Called front desk- was told there is no maintenance at that time and nothing they could do. I put on two sweatshirts and a hat and went to bed.

Pool area had the worst chemical smell I have ever smelled. It instantly made my eyes burn and I felt like I couldn’t breath. My daughter was only able to swim for 20 minutes due to the smell. Floor above us was extremely noisy even past normal sleeping hours. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7am. We walked into breakfast area at 7:10 and there was not one piece of food out. When I questioned the woman at the front desk she replied with “I just clocked in, I don’t know what’s going on!”

When we arrived the room was great but after a couple of hours we realized it was getting cold in the living room and realized the the heater for the room was not working. There is no way someone didn’t know it. i as was traveling with a handicap so moving room would be exhausting so we used more blankets.
