Hotels location is brilliant. Staff from management level to cleaners all spot on. Food is very minimum with just a handful of dishes. They charge to use sauna and steam. Gym is free but items hardly working. Late night snack was embarrassing with just chips and bread serving. They also charge for drinks at some bars despite being fully inclusive.

The location was great. But the rooms were basic but cleans. Showers were not in great condition.
and was really disappointed with the dining selection of food and drinks.
Also the all inclusive availability throughout the day is very poor for food,snacks and drinks

The only thing it is old and not clean rooms , The property condition doesn’t look like five star hotel it’s look like three star hotel not more than that but the quality of the service is very high the property location is fantastic the only comment is the old of the property the age of the property and the food quality it’s just okay not more than okay

I've stayed many times at Tropitel and know many of the staff. I always receive good service from the bar and pool staff and show my appreciation with some tips which goes a long way in Egypt. So look after these guys! The Hotel location is good and has some great restaurants adjoined in Boharat and Blue Stone where the food and service is excellent. Looking forward to my next visit.

It has HOT HOT HOT pools! Yes! They heat the water in the pool, I think the only resort in the whole of Egypt to do so! so IT is nice to swim in the winter months! and the water slides are great for kids! It tries to be a mini CLUBMED. with yoga, crazysigns, disco, aqua aerobics and so forth. The food is amazing but if you wanted to safe money, then the food choices outside is wonderful! The beach is 3 mins walk. Check was very very very slow, it took us 70mins before we got a room! Animation Staff are great. Enthusiastic youngsters from all over the world. Will come again!

Well it is a huge hotel with a lot of tourists.
The problem is that the restaurant (breakfast and dinner) can't be clean enough the dishes, forks, knifes, the tables.
There is no WiFi at the room only in the reception and only if you are lucky enough to connect. The WiFi problem for tourists from far away is a big issue, if you want to contact someone and you cannot it can ruin your day. The food is ok, there is variety of food but keep your diet safe there (Egypt). The gardens and all the pools are great!!
The guys from the reception should have better attitude.

The room was old and not very clean. Toilet and shower wasn't functioning properly. The staff was asked for repairs and they were positive. Unfortunately taxis were not allowed to reach the entrance of the hotel.

The property is filthy. I booked a triple king sea view room. They gave me a double bed single room. Once I walked in the room it had a funny smell. It smell like mold. The bathroom was filthy. The shower curtain was filthy. It had mold growing on it. The tub was filthy you see the dirt. The toilet had the dirt ring around it. This room was never clean. The entire bathroom was disgusting. I did speak with the manager he offer to get the room clean. I decline because it should have been done before I arrived. They offer to give me a king bed the next day. I did not stay at the hotel at all. I left to another hotel.

we booked boat dinner it was fantastic.

the slides and the swimming pools were very nice but the room was not very clean especially the bathroom (it is a bit old). the food wasnt that good either. the wifi only available int eh reception and it was very slow and keep disconnecting

The worst hotel I have ever been to in Sharm. It has a good location otherwise nothing goes well. Staff are unprofessional, rooms are not clean and furniture are old, etc. But I have learned a lesson this time not to sacrifice quality and comfort for location.

it was a simple staying, uncomfterble room, NOT qlean at all, roud staff who trying to avoid to give service, and if u for moment go alone they find any reason to touch u..ig u are woman (some, not all of course) all working here should see what a real 5* hotel is like. this hotel does NOT deserve its 5 star
. it is more like a Motel... bed n breakfast kind a place, 3* maximum...but location is amazing.. in the midle of center and still quiet! hotel looks amazing from outside and specially in the evening... photos in this hotel seems to be from they buildt the hotel...

The room was not cleaned when I revived , the food was so bad and unhealthy not fresh at all
The manger jump the quee at breakfast restraint to get his eggs fried before the customers and he was given priority
The toilet was not maintained well rusty
The room is so noisy specially at night
