What an amazing beachfront property! The property is well maintained and staffs are very friendly. The pool is also beautiful. We’ll definitely be back when we visit Bali

Beautiful place but they overbook and then send you to another property that is also overbooked so you are just waiting around with no room for half a day. Offered a free massage as an apology but it just ruined one of our vacation days.

Very good hotel but my husband used a walker and even though we stayed in a ground floor room there were still steps to navigate. Not a user friendly hotel for a disabled person. Staff lovely and breakfast food was amazing.

After a hicup at the start with a dirty bed, we were transferred to a suite. The staff here are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. We had a late flight and they allowed us to stay and use facilities after check out and shower in the spa prior to leaving.

Located in a more calm, safer and lovely section along the beach. Solo traveler will feel safe, comfy and well tended to by super friendly staff. Every single staff member attempts to cater to making a super fab vaca ! Loved my room w huge pillows on a big comfy bed. Loved the suitcase bench, closet w safe for lovely organization. Property kept clean and tidy all day long. Loved eating here for breakfast and dinner. Nice outdoor patios overlooking the ocean views and hotel grounds/pools were relaxing and wonderful to view while eating. Wide selection for breakfast of hot items plentiful. Personally I loved omelette bar and the fresh pastries. Pleasantly surprised that the pastries rivaled easily those I ate in France last summer 👏. Delicious coffee options come w breakfast. I loved the lattes ! I enjoyed walks in both morning and sunset down the beach 🏖️. Walk in one direction and beach continues as quiet and serene. Go the other way along the water about 20min and you can spy on the young people having a fun blast by the more mega hotels. This more classy boutique style Hotel offers nightly free entertainment as an option while dining or having a drink. Visit the super private and secluded hotel spa. I literally ordered almost all the treatments via a 3 hr session. Therapist made this an ultra treat. The bill was actually 1/5 the cost in USA. The hotel def gave me my monies worth. I usually do not write reviews unless I feel I was blessed by an experience 😇❣️👏

The bathrooms needed an update. It would be nice to have a walk in shower separate to the bathtub. More shaded areas by the poolside would be great.

Room was very musty smelling and refrigerator leaked and made a constant loud noise all night.

We have stayed at the Niksoma many times. It is in a fabulous spot across the road from the beach and in easy walking distance to all the shopping and restaurants plus the restaurant at the Niksoma has the best food ever .The staff are great and beautiful pools.You don’t have to leave the resort if you don’t want to .

This was our first stay at the Niksoma after many trips to Bali and was by far our favourite. The resort, the grounds, the rooms and the overall feel of the Niksoma just cant be beat. And the staff were all so lovely, we will definitely be back.

Simply put, this is a marvelous hotel and we will be back.

We had a few problems with the room and requested a room change. The hotel was booked out but somehow management found us an alternate room. Good breakfast, great staff, very friendly.

The bed and the gigantic pillows are sooooo.. comfortable. I had the most amazing sleep. Like on a cloud.

Great location as there is a little back gate that takes you straight to the hustle and bustle of massages, restaurants, shops. Simply amazing. The only constructive feedback I could give about the rooms and the restaurant is the chairs scrape a lot. They just need a little bit of felt under each leg just to make it less noisy and stop the scraping noise especially when sleeping at night.

Everything was juat perfect. Friendly and smiling staff always willing to help. SPacious room with high standards, beachfront location where you cam enjoy quiet time and 2 minites walk from the more lively areas.

Everything about the property was excellent. Loved going from the surf across the road to the resort pool. Lovely staff, good breakfast. Entertainment most nights at Hitana

We have stayed many times at Niksoma. Just love its location and the staff and have not been tempted to stay elsewhere The only criticism we have is due to the poor lighting at night especially on show nights near the upper pool where there are changing levels/steps. My partner tripped in the darkness and severely sprained wrist- this issue with lighting must be addressed.

We had booked a Deluxe room with twin beds at this property. It was our first time at this hotel. On first look the room seemed fine, however after staying in the room for a couple of hours it was clear that the air conditioner was not going to cool the room down sufficiently, and we were both sweating profusely. In addition to this, the bathroom was very dimly lit and there was a fair amount of mould in the grouting. We went to reception and asked if we could look at a different room, but they said there were none to show us. We asked if we could look at an upgraded room, however after awhile it was clear that this new upgraded room was also hot and wasn’t going to be suitable either. We decided to stay the night in the original room and then left the hotel the next day, forfeiting the money we had paid for it. The staff insisted we speak to the manager before we left, and she said she could have offered us a couple of different rooms, but it was too late for us. We then checked into another hotel that we already know which has lovely cool rooms. So important when it’s blazing hot outside.

The property was very nice! It was quiet and the staff was very amenable to all my needs.

Second time in Bali, first time at the Niksoma - 100% will be back, thoroughly recommended in a great position not too far from the airport, and just over a quiet road to the beachfront. Staff could not have done any more if they had tried, room was superb, and food great too. Why wait - get it booked, and see you next year Niksoma.

Closer to nearby facilities.

Have stayed here many times and this recent stay was a bit disappointing. Requested 3 rooms close together, or at least same block and level. Did not receive this request although, as always, explained this was subject to availability. When the plumbing/draining had issues in 2 rooms randomly issued when, we noticed empty room next to ours and asked our party be moved as per our first request. Was told by front desk staff this room was reserved by other guests checking in later the same day (?) when we have been told every time that requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to. After pointing out this inconsistency, we managed to get our party changed to our original request. As a long term Expedia Gold member, I was not offered any upgrade and I am fully aware the next upgraded room was barely occupied. Tap in bathroom was faulty and spotlight above toilet exploded (not exaggerating). Cleaning staff were good but sometimes would only knock once, barely wait for a reply and come charging in. Pool, Garden and Hitana staff were brilliant as always. Overall didn’t feel being and Expedia Gold member held any value. Will seriously consider staying here again.
