We found all of the staff to be exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Outstanding service all round. The food and drinks in the evening were a wonderful bonus

Friendly check in. Room smelled like stinky feet - possibly due to the smelly shower curtain. Happy hour was very nice.

Stay was fantastic from getting there to checking out. The front desk gave us some dinning ideas and a map of area. I was able to check in an hour early.
Not to mention the FREE 3 adult beverages and dinner, plus breakfast the next day. Nice sitting area as well.

We had a very nice day unlike a month ago. This time, the room was so much cleaner and our overall stave is so much better. I am happy we tried second stay at this hotel. I would definitely stay again. The managers were very respectful and responsive to my concern. I appreciate them listening and trying to make our stay better.

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not good and was the same eggs and sausage every day. There was no cut fresh fruit. The evening snack and beverage was ok but nothing special. Food quality was poor. We have stayed here 3 times prior but not sure we would go back.

We checked in the front clerk, was not very friendly. She was rather rude and Kurt. The next day when we checked up, the front desk was very sweet and very nice. I also feel the property has gone down from the last time we stayed there when year ago, the general facility was not very clean clean but the room is very clean

As always, Drury Inn does not disappoint. The staff is fantastic! Everyone from the GM to Housekeeping goes out of their way to inquire about our stay, and take time to chat. We have stayed at Drury's across the country, and we are never disappointed. Thank you to the Drury family.

I have stayed at most of the Drury Inns in the Phoenix area. This is the first time I have stayed in Flagstaff, and this Drury Inn is just as nice as the other ones.

I liked the breakfast buffet, but I particularly appreciated the complimentary food and three drinks at dinner time.

Just a quick overnight stay, in order to beat having to get up super early, and make the over an hour drive to Flagstaff for a surgery.
The front desk staff demonstrated a pleasant and helpful attitude. She made checking in fast, easy, and left a good feeling about staying in the hotel.
We had to leave before breakfast was served, so we've no experience there. The room, however, was clean, and comfortable.

Great stay, came in afternoon and they offer an afternoon “snack “ which for us was enough for dinner. The room was very comfortable and clean. Really dark at night which is great but we had toys our phones to find the bathroom at night. Breakfast was ok hand a good selection. So overall an excellent stay!

Love the popcorn and soda! Evening snacks are also a big hit with us. Nice skywalk connecting the parking garage and hotel! Very FRIENDLY staff, always greeting us and very helpful! Loved our stay in Flagstaff!

The staff was excellent. The room was very nice. The bathroom had staining on the wall and under the sink that appeared to be mold. There is no ventilation in the bathroom.

Loved the kickback hour! Breakfast was fantastic also. Very comfortable beds, clean hotel, friendly staff. My granddaughter loved the popcorn machine on check in!

Very friendly staff. Everyone we came in contact with were genuinely hospitable.(Even ran in to a couple of maintenance guys in the elevator that had a great personality) The gentleman that checked us in was very thorough and personable. Great people and nice place to stay for a quick weekend getaway.

Our stay at the Drury Inn is never disappointing. Costumer service is always great, helpful and friendly workers who make our stay pleasant.

Customer service was excellent. The property was beautiful. The food was good. It was fun that they had a night mixer. The only thing I have to say is the room had a weird perfume smell and the bathroom could’ve been cleaned little bit better.
