The hotel information provided in the Hotel.com App is the same as the actual stay.  The check-in process was quick and easy.  Thanks for the detailed description in Hotel.com. The staff of hotel also politely. The bed is very comfortable.

The breakfast is terrible

They provide very nice free snack and coffee.

Location is very good.

The room was normal size in japan. Hotel amenities where normal for most hotels in Japan. Hotel is within minutes fo the train station and near some attractions. Busy area with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Front desk was fabulous and provided great service. I thought it was an ok, but rooms were small, but normal for japan. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to people.

Simple hotel in very convenient location! Lots of places to eat nearby and close to bus/train station.

No drinking water found in the room or lobby

I was satisfied with the many taverns and other dining options in the vicinity of the hotel. The hotel is also within walking distance from the nearest train station, so I have no complaints about the location. The rooms are also equipped with USB power supply and cords, which is highly appreciated. However, the bathtub is too small, which may be unavoidable.

The hotel is nice, service is good but the room was very warm and you cannot control the temperature or open your windows. I wasn't able to sleep well.The breakfast buffet was very disappointing.

It is located to close to shopping area and subway station. The room has sufficient space and very clean.

Everything was nice for a long stay. The area was also easy to access.

Centrally located in the heart of Sannomiya, with tons of restaurants, bars, and shops around it! There is also a nice hike and a famous waterfall right behind Kobe Station. *Large cars (SUVs) are unable to park at the hotel, and was a bit of a walk to the nearest paid parking lot.

the most expensive hotel we stayed in while in Japan. Not sure what the extra money was for as this hotel is nothing special. there was nothing wrong however i expected something a bit better from our stay in kobe. The rooms are very large for japan however that extra space isnt used as well as smaller rooms in japan. However if you dont like the small rooms you will like this place.

Excellent location. The rooms were big for Japanese hotels. The place is immaculate.

Very friendly staff and willing to deal with my broken Japanese. They were also willing to store our luggage at the hotel before check in as we arrived much earlier than expected. Have used them twice and will gladly use them again. Their location is right next to Ikuta shrine as well as Sannomiya station.

The hotel itself is very cozy thanks to the friendly staffs. Coin laundry, vending machine and free coffee were available. Since I’m 7months pregnant, I have occasional dizziness and before check out I felt one. Called up a front desk and who was kind enough to offer a late check out and thank goodness I was able to rest a bit longer. Only one thing to mention is a cleanliness of the shower room had a bit of stain could be cleaner.Overall the stay was satisfactory.

The mattress was so confortable. Shower head was good too

This property is situated on a street where there are a lot of adult entertainment bars, might not be that suitable for families with young children as you walk past people working for the bars and sexy photos placed on the street.
