We didn’t necessarily get the room we ordered due to room service not cleaning the room in time. However customer service offered us a better room due to the inconvenience. The room was amazing, very clean and very comfortable. Will be staying again.

I was staying for 4 nights initially given a horrible room facing a concrete wall and to the left of me more concrete with weeds growing from the rocks

When checking in the girl in the front did amazing, but after heading back to the front counter and extending our stay the person was not very informative causing the next morning being awaking by a call from the front desk that they needed a credit card for extending our stay. After that we received a phone call from our family and we had to be back home due to a family issue that had to do with two minors and we had to be back home ASAP, unfortunately not the front desk nor customer service via phone could assist us and we had to call the third party and they continue to have conflicting stories. We try to change the date for another day and we did not get that opportunity. We will be back in the area in the near future for different events but this time we will choose a different alternative which will consider their customer over the money while business was extremely slow. As a experienced Manager for a Fortune 500 Company we took care of the customer first and made sure they have an outstanding experience.

Nice hotel. Really appreciate the openness. We had drinks 2 nights and breakfast one morning at the hotel. The food and drinks were very good. The big bonus for this hotel is the bus. It runs a route from the hotel to the Tanger outlets and MGM. If you are staying at the Gaylord you just show your room key and the shuttle is free.

Our room was upgraded because i am a Marriott member. The view awesome. However we had a problem with the air conditioning. It was near 100° and the room temp did not go below 70°. We complained to the front desk on Friday night someone came up but it still was not fixed. We called on Saturday and went to the desk on Saturday with no success. They comped us $100 and offered to change the room with not so great of a view on Saturday evening as we had dinner reservations so not something we wanted to do so late and check was on Sunday am. I was not satisfied. The weekend there was very expensive.

I have been there many of times things have changed...eating at the game room i think its name was Social Harbor no organization far as servers your wait time for server to order and to pay was bad...everything you pay for is card only...everybody dont us cards..room was nice..

The person who booked my stay didn’t have the right reservations as far as my room which made my birthday terrible. I had to turn in early without all of the pleasures of enjoying a balcony. I make reservations with you and I pay for something totally not what I expected. New York now this.

Kids got Locked out the room and know one could open the door except security. After a half dozen requests to open they took close over an hour to arrive. Thank God we didn't have an emergency.

This hotel was a disaster. Check in lines were long. We attended a convention and there were 3 people checking in. Our rooms were not ready till 6pm. Check in staff looked miserable and disinterested. There was a constant problem with room keys not working. After getting key reprogrammed and still not working I went back to the front desk and politely told the front desk about it, his response was "punch me in the face". It seemed like he had enough as others were also complaining. I was then told the door lock battery must be down. They will send maintenance shortly. I came back 3 hours later with the same scenario. Every morning when we left the room we requested rooms be cleaned. That never happened. It was a nightmare. PLEASE THINK TWICE ABOUT STAYING HERE. STAFF WAS UNFRIENDLY, MOST LIKELY DUE TO BEING SHORT STAFFED. MANAGEMENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS QUALITY OF SERVICE. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

Our room had bread crumbs in the sheets and then the room we were transferred to had a flooded tub. Staff tried to reimburse but we will be contacting Expedia for a refund.

It was a huge 1800 person evrnt that had dome glitches initially (running out of good) but they got a lit better as the 4 day event progressed.
