The worst hotel staff experience I have had. Rude, condescending and the manager would not even talk to me directly. Never staying at a Hyatt again.

I didn’t realize there was no parking! I wouldn’t have booked this room if I knew I would have had to pay for parking.

Everyone was so friendly! The front desk, the bartender & morning server. I loved the pool as well. It was a very pleasant stay, to the point I stayed an extra night. Check in & check out was very smooth. Thank you! I can truly see myself returning.

I was there for a business trip, the check in was seamless. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. I would definitely stay there again.

Great stay, food wasn’t great. Same menu at all restaurants

Water randomly turned off, called the front desk to have someone come and check. Was advised someone would come in 10 mins, 30 mins later I checked and water was back on by no one ever came and no one ever called. I’m glad the water came back but someone should at checked in.
But Overall is was a good hotel/stay.

Bar tenders are amazing! Truly exceptional! Front desk is just blah. Room charges for three calls made when my son called my cell even though we live in Miami. Didn’t realize that was a long distance call so that was frustrating. Premises are pretty but pool could be updated and common areas cleaned up after larger groups (teenagers) trash them.

Probably the best check in process I have ever had. Smooth and efficient and enough staff to accommodate all visitors at the check in desk. Amenities were nice and there is a parking garage. Rooms were fairly quiet and location of hotel is perfect. They have a concierge texting feature should you have any questions during your stay. The kitchen was a plus to have during our stay. Would highly recommend!

Great stay, very comfortable room and in a very convenient location of Orlando. Close to many essential areas like restaurants and pharmacies. The pool area was very nice and enjoyable.

I stayed here for a week during my daughter's volleyball tournament and couldn't be any happier. Its location provided me the most convenient 5 min walk from my room to the court. My room was updated, clean and was extremely pleased with there staff they did and are doing a great job.

There isn’t much directly near you from a walk out your door perspective if going off property. Although construction going on around area, it was still ver relaxing in pool area. Facilities felt warm and comfortable despite being in a more industrial/corporate type area. Close enough to traditional Orlando offerings but also far enough that you don’t feel that constant pull and draw. A short ride offers plenty of food and shopping options along with other entertainment. The staff offered poolside activities but not in an annoying way. Was good for couples and families.

Staff were useless other than the valet. Door was broken. Shower sliders were broken.

This hotel was nice and relaxing. The pool area is nice. However, there is no hot water in the shower. The water takes a long time to warm up and just becomes lukewarm.

We loved this hotel! It was such an enjoyable experience. So clean, and fun activities for the kids. Just wish they had recycling!

From the moment we arrived they were very happy to Point out we were NOT owners or members. They charge 22$ a day for parking, which you have no choice but to pay unless you Uber in an Uber out. A 25$ resort fee. Unable to restock room supplies like towels or coffee. Other than the cool view of the construction going on out back, and the obnoxious “parking pass” lady (who is just there to sell/push a timeshare on you) it wasn’t Completely crappy I mean We did get vouchers for a complimentary bottle of water or cup of coffee for every day we stayed
