Staff are always pleasant. Its a shame that They come to work to do their job. even when the supplies are LOW. I have been here a week.Every time I ask for a new wash cloth they don't have one. They never have any linen to offer. I eventually had to buy my own. They finally got rid of the worthless carts, But only have two. 122 rooms need 4. Be prepared to Go on each floor to find one cart because the other cart is always in somebody else's room hiding. The gym is dirty dusty no towels and equipment is Falling apart. The breakfast is really really good. Whoever stocks this hotel needs to realize that we need more carts and definitely more linen. Travelers need to be able to keep clean here. It is kind of hard when every day.They don't have any towels or wash cloths.

This place is a total dump. Hilton should be ashamed to allow this hotel to carry it's name. Further Hotels.com should immediately flag this hotel for safety issues. The room we were given had holes in the bathroom wall, was missing the hot water faucet handle, and was in disrepair especially the door which had to be forced to shut. Hilton hotels offered no remedy and Hotels.com made us stay there because they refused to allow us to cancel our stay without forfeiting our payment.

The room was very clean and nice

My stay was nice and absolutely convenient to the event I had going on at Mt. Trashmore Park. The hotel was very clean and all the staff were very friendly. Will be staying here again in another week.

This was a last minute booking for us. Staff at reception were amazing. Room was spacious, cool, and comfortable. Breakfast was probably one of the best complimentary hotel breakfasts weve had.

We only stayed one night so it wasnt terrible but the pool was not heated, the breakfast wasn't great and our room was just ok. Not enough pillows for 4 people but they fixed that quickly. The staff was very friendly.

Our stay was terrible. The room we were in had wallpaper peeling off the walls, water dripping from the shower, tile popping up in the bathroom floor, no basic utensils in the kitchen, freezer not working and no dish soap provided, the couch in the room was stained. The pull out bed mattress had a urine smell emanating from it. The breakfast was mediocre, with breakfast tables sticky and no one was wiping them down properly. Coffee was weak and watered down, creamer was expired and would clot when added to coffee. Bathroom faucet handle was missing. Our room was not serviced/cleaned. When we asked for towels, we had to call twice because the first time we asked, no one delivered any towels (we waited for more than an hour before calling back again). Pool smells, hot tub doesn’t work. The outdoor putting green is covered in dog poop and the area surrounding the hotel was not well kept. It definitely not worth the money you pay for. It gives off a cheap motel feeling. Can’t believe this is a Hilton property.

The room met my expectations. It has a small kitchen, table for eating, a small sofa, spacious bed, and a surprisingly cavernous bathroom area. Initially we had trouble getting the television to work, but I'm guessing the previous guests had brought a console and forgot to reconnect the HDMI cord from the cable box to the TV. The pillows were a little too soft, but we perhaps could have requested firmer ones. The building always had a pleasant scent and the staff we talked to, both over the phone and in person, were very kind and hospitable. Will definitely return in the future

Great front desk customer service !

I always stay at Hilton because of the standard…however this Hilton fell short. The pool was dirty, hot tub didn’t work, we were told two days in a row we couldn’t have clean towels or cloths because they were in laundry, and our room key didn’t work because of a broken hinge on the door. Additionally, the remote to the tv didn’t have batteries and upon request I was told there were none. Probably won’t be back to this Hilton.

Please check the shower tub in room #305 & remove mold. Thank you.

Totally dissatisfied the service was horrible, i asked how the receptionist was she replied “ what can i do for you. “ It didn’t get better or more inviting from there , I received 1 word answers. And was the most underwhelming experience I’ve ever had at a hotel for work or business. Then I asked for WiFi password as it was not written down on my key slip , she said I don’t know , yeah I don’t have it. Then there is no password which obviously is not true. She then said try your last name and room # which didn’t work. I then asked her to find the password or contact someone who knows it and it was as tho I was asking her to help my dig a trench! No uniform on her no name badge , no distinguishing information and poor attitude when I simply was just trying to get WiFi Then I arrive on the floor of my room and as soon as I step off the elevator the overwhelming stench of weed being smoked in the elevator and the building was insane. Then I smell a new smell , the distinctive smell of vomit , I come around the corner and see a trashcan in the hallway filled with what appeared to be vomit and vomit down the hallway as well. Absolutely disgusting. If it wasn’t a work trip and I didn’t just drive 5 hours from DC to be in position to report to Norfolk base at 0600 I would’ve asked for refund and left but I literally had 6 hours to sleep and was exhausted from the drive. Horrible horrendous experience and would like refund or compensation.

This hotel leaves a lot to be desired. I stay at Hilton hotels frequently and this hotel was terrible. Not enough towels for our room, one washcloth, no bathmat (and the floor was dirty) and no extra pillows for pullout couch. TV remote did not work and we were told a staff member would assist and they never did. The breakfast was even worse. Oatmeal was cold and looked like it was from the day before. Breakfast staff was in a huge rush to leave and there was not much food to choose from. Never seen a hotel breakfast area that looked this pitiful. The hotel has no right to charge the prices they are charging when the advertised amenities do not exist. Pool area was very dirty and many parts of the hotel smelled like weed. Hotel itself probably used to be very nice 10 years ago, but now is worn out and outdated. Find a different hotel, this is a total rip-off.

I spent one night at this hotel and everything from check in was excellent. The check in was hassle free and the gentleman at the desk was friendly and he even offered us complimentary water which we rarely see in other hotels. The hallways and the room were clean and fresh.

The room was clean, but the furniture was stained and disgusting. Also, no linens on the pull out couch. For almost $300 per night, I definitely expected more. Will not stay there again!

This place was expensive. When we stepped through the door, the room smelled like stink feet and fritos.

Staff was courteous, bed was comfortable. I was concerned that the perimeter doors to the hotel did not lock as they we supposed to.

Rooms were overall clean but not stocked appropriately- for example shampoo and conditioner mounted in shower but completely empty in one room. Other room did not have any soap or shampoo (not mounted on wall or in small bottles) Second room had sheet only on bed, no blanket or comforter. At breakfast, all stations completely empty including no coffee. While waiting with others for coffee, husband observed staff member chatting with friends for 20 minutes and then this staff member told the people waiting (in a rude manner) to make sure they didn't leave any trash and pointed to where they "better place their trash" When coffee arrived, it was not drinkable due to tons of coffee grounds in it. I realize that the hotel was fully booked, but this should have been anticipated.

My son’s room reaked of marijuana and someone had just smoked it in the room very recently. His window was still open to air it out. The AC in his room did not work. His room and bedding were not clean. He slept on top of the bed in his clothes. Our room door would not close, you had to lean into it and slam it closed with your body. The hinges we very loose. The sink and shower head leaked a lot. Wallpaper in the bathroom was hanging off and molding. Clothes hook in the bathroom was barely hanging on and pulled out from the wall. They had no body soap holder in the shower only conditioner. The room was not clean. They did not have the rooms we booked, but that was the least of the issues. I was is 114 and my son in 401. The reviews claim it has a 8.6 rating, that is fake. Somehow they have manipulated the ratings. This place is at best a 2 and that’s assuming we got the last and worst two rooms. Worst hotel. Needs a ton of work. Beware.

Great stay and accommodations. The only thing that was a slight inconvenience was the shampoo and conditioner was empty in the shower. Otherwise I would absolutely stay again.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. Only problem is when I woke up to get ready to check out, i had 3 huge bumps and a swollen left side of my face. I don't know if it was a spider bite or bed bugs but it was itchy and swollen. Other than that, The breakfast lady was amazing and her breakfast was great.

The stay was great up until the final day, we wanted breakfast and were told that there was no more waffle mix and that breakfast was ending in 30 minutes and the overall attitude for that moment was that we were a bother, my overall experience was a decent stay, comfortable beds, they could do a little cleaning the hallways a bit but that event was terrible customer service and I must say it weighs heavy on my experience because it’s the last impression of my stay. I’m not sure if I will ever return to this hotel to visit again.

The staff were not helpful their children in hotel while they work. Pool was not heated hot tub doesn’t work. Breakfast worse I’ve ever experienced at any hotel. No hot water for tea, toaster almost on fire, no variety of food. TERRIBLE! I will not be recommending Hilton ever again. Please stay somewhere else

The property was clean and spacious, as advertised. We loved the bar and the bartender, Nick, was amazing. The breakfast was delicious (they had real eggs with herbs). Check in was easy. We will definitely return!
