When we walked in the receptionist was not there. She came after a couple of minutes. Once in the room it had a musty odor. That got better after turning air on. The next morning there was a strong, fresh marijauna smell coming into our room from another area.

Bed was comfortable, room darkening curtains did a great job keeping the early sun out and keeping the room cool in the Texas heat. Room was really clean and large.

This place is a little getaway My second time staying. I love the tub and the bed is so comfy. But, honestly it’s all that I needed. I found myself thinking on this visit that I would try my luck elsewhere though. There are no amenities, and feels very much like there is no management. The front desk is abysmal and if you need anything outside of the room like the little extra comfort you are paying for- a menu in the room, room service, reliable internet … nope! The food was awful and expensive. The gent at the bar is kind and efficient but you get a sense that he knows he is not working with much. I will take my $500 bucks for two nights elsewhere maybe next time. I just kept thinking maybe I deserve a tiny bit more for this price- like really! Anyway! :) Good lick. Try next door.

To begin with no one was at the check in desk when we arrived, we waited about 20 minutes for someone to show up. When they finally did show up the process was quick. When we arrived in our room we found that the light in the shower was leaking, not just a drop but like a faucet had been left on above us. We tried to call the desk but both phones in our room were disconnected from the wall with no cables to try to plug them back in. I went down to speak to someone at the desk and yet again there was no one. After about 10 minutes the bartender walked over to see if there was something she could help me with and when she couldn’t she called someone to come and help me. I was told there was nothing they could except put me in a smaller room with no bed for my son, he would have to sleep on the sofa and I wouldn’t receive any refund or compensation for changing rooms. We stayed where we were since it was for one night but had no place to shower in the morning. Check out was fine. The next day I realized some items had been left so I called to ask if they had been found. I was told to call back after 9:30 housekeeping wasn’t in. I called back at 10 only to be told they don’t come until 11:30. Called back at noon, put on hold only to be told nothing had been found in the room.

Rooms were a little dark and need of an update. Staff was very friendly and helpful

The staff was great, hotel was nice. The only bad thing was the mattresses, need to be updated. They were very uncomfortable.

Im unsure why this hotel had high reviews. Id never stay again. Mold on the bathroom ceilings, rust in the shower, wallpaper peeling off of the walls. Our room had a fold out couch which we intended to use and asked for sheets for it, staff didnt have any. Management needs to take a look at the condition of this site. Sheets were clean. Thats about it

Room was not clean, trash under bathroom vanity, mystery“stains” on chair. I brought my 8yr old daughter with me and she asks “ Why is the window leaking?” 3rd floor. My reservation was canceled an hr before getting there. Had to call. Hilton NO, more like a Holiday Inn.

Our room literally had dust coming out of the air vent on to the ceiling. I also felt uncomfortable with the area thinking I picked the same hotel we stayed in a couple years back. Random people walking around and signs all over the parking lot stating not responsible for things stolen from vehicle’s. I kept seeing the same guy walking around with a backpack made it hard to sleep not knowing if our vehicle was safe.

The staff were amazing. The property was clean, very well kept and the room was beautiful! We enjoyed the amount of space in the room.

The sheets were so wrinkled and there was no duvet cover just a top sheet thrown over a stained down comforter. The bathtub was stained and had mold.

We stayed for one night and enjoyed our stay. The ladies working at the front desk were super friendly every time we interacted with them. As always, the cookies were delicious. The room was clean and had a great layout. Overall it was a great stay.

Upon arrival, I waited almost 5 minutes at the front desk before I was greeted to check in. I was also told that a $50 charge needed to be collected which I paid but have yet to get it returned to my account. When we arrived to the room, there were no towels. 2 hours later is when we got towels. Bathroom shower had hair on the walls and in the drain. Two of the lights in the room didn’t work. Our room was dusty in several different parts. The lamp shade was cracked and broken. The remote control was sticky. My daughter didn’t get to enjoy the indoor pool because they had too many kids in it and they were not will to share the area with my daughter. Breakfast was $20 for myself and daughter and the options were poor considering we had to pay for it. Continental breakfasts have better options and are free.

The room furniture was poor.The sofa was worn. The pillows on the sofa was flat. Need to update the lamps and light fixtures. The soap racks in the shower were very rusty.

The stay was great, however, a customer got into the pool with an open and bleeding sore on his ankle. The next day when the baseball team arrive the kids were not being monitored. Therefore they were knocking on doors and running. The also were not being monitored.

I enjoyed the swimming pool after 8 hours of long driving

The pool is severely undersized for the property. Only can fit a few people in it 5 at most. The room did not have linens for sleeper couch or pillows. The buffet breakfast is not worth $15. I have gotten better at places that offer free breakfast. The room had poor lights. They were either flickering or not working. Only a few lights work. The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately the building isn’t better maintained. I will not stay here again

The stay was amazing, we had no issues the hotel was clean and they offer the best chocolate chip cookies as long as you are staying. My daughter loves this hotel.

Our stay was a good one despite not getting the 2-bedroom suite originally booked. The front desk told us that the morning person overbooked and our suite was not available. The hotel made up for it by gving us 2 rooms next to each other. Great Hotel!!! Would definitely book again!!

I loved how big and spacious the room was

Staff were excellent property is dated. Our room was full of pee on the rugs. The food from the restaurant is actually pretty decent we had a poor boy and it tasted fresh... I will say the staff try their best. The Pool is cold and tiny so beware of coming in the winter/springtime expecting it to be warm.
