Ice machines broke. Heating unit looked like it was falling off the wall and thermostat on wall didn’t work. Front desk clerk was awesome, very friendly!

Bad, Not so good stay, will choose different hotel next visit: Had ants in the room, no ice on any of the floors, front
desk employee had to get the ice from the kitchen, both bathroom sink and tub stopper didn't work, no clock or pen & paper, hotel lobby bathrooms were dirty, breakfast was bad--greasy bacon, nasty eggs-had an after taste. After review of my statement from Hilton they annotated an incorrect address under my name and charged for breakfast when I had free breakfast passes. 1st and last visit to a Hilton.

We usually have a hotel weekend once a month. This was the best hotel experience we've had in the last year. Room was fabulous! It was big, clean, and smelled clean. Shower was hot and had great pressure. Bed was super comfortable. I paid the extra $7 for breakfast and it was good. Service was a little slow with only 1 staff member to manage breakfast service. Some standard items were depleted like sugar, cream. butter and cups for coffee and it took some time to replace with only one person working. The only other minor complaint would be the lack of streaming servives, or movie channels. Defintely would recommend and will be staying again next month

Nice room right up until we had to use the bathroom sink and watch T.V. Sink was clogged! Nothing worse then a clogged bathroom sink, yuk!! T.V was very outdated! Technology has passed them up. It was very frustrating 😑. They need to seriously upgrade the T.V!! They are very old!😡

I asked for towels, none came. No clock in the room , no Kleenex in room. Coffee supply limited as no creamer. Great view— not— of a rooftop. Just lacking in making this a good property. Not up to Hilton standards.

Jackie-Manager, Scott-Front Desk, and Alexis- Front Desk. These three made what little inconveniences bareable. Computers and Elavators was out of order for a short period of time.
Their professionalism and empathy for all of us was amazing. They really made us feel loved.

We were in town to attend a class reunion. After a long drive, we were especially happy to arrive at a facility that exuded a welcoming atmosphere especially from the front desk staff and supervisor. Our stay was outstanding in every area, from the clean room, the quality dining selections and attending staff, and housekeeping attendants who were eager to ensure our experience was enjoyable. Whenever we are in the area, we will reserve a room at this location. It receives a 5 star review for our visit.

Room was reserved as soaking tub room. When arrived did not get the correct room. Front staff was very nice and offered a nice discount on another room, which was big but pillows and bed were poor. Sheets had some wear on them.

Went to check out the pool and it was being renovated. Nothing on wedsite about no pool service. No hair conditioner in the bottle in the shower. And the elevators could use an upgrade, very slow and dont feel safe.

Elevators were not working. Parking lot is on the side of the building and the side door doesn’t function even with a key. Common areas smelled like pool chemicals to the point of burning your eyes. Two towels in the room when the reservation had three people on it. Stay away.

There was NO breakfast for 2 mornings. Our boys played in a local golf tournament…this was very hard for us to scramble that early.
We were given the wrong room at first..someone was already in the room…we scared him. It took us 3 times to get that situation fixed.

The staff was short. All the ice machines were broken and when I asked for ice I got literally ONE cup of ice. The pool was NOT heated as advertised. The hot tub looked fully functional yet there was a wood stage over it so it could not be used. I expected much more out of a Hilton

Stayed there 4 nights and not one day of room service. Had to track down a maid each day to get fresh towels. Shampoo and Conditioner dispensers in shower empty. Never refilled. Banquet food there was minimally edible. The breakfast they charge $12 for was no better than at other hotels with included breakfast. This hotel currently has some real issues. For the price they charge you’d expect 5 star service, not 1 star.

The employees were very nice and professional. Our room was fine and overall, this hotel met our needs for our daughter’s graduation weekend. Some issues: My son was in room 219 that had broken shades, burned out lightbulbs and a dirty tub. It overlooked the roof. The breakfast situation is strange. They have what looks like a free buffet like every other hotel but if you grab a piece of toast you’ll be charged $10. The full breakfast which is basically the same as every other hotels free continental breakfast is $15. This didn’t matter much to us but it’s worth mentioning.
