Great location in Bar Harbor, just minutes away from shopping, dining and the shore. This is a nicely kept motel with all the basics, friendly staff, and great coffee in the lobby every morning! Also a plus to have a place to park while exploring Bar Harbor. Our only suggestion would be to upgrade the pillow selection in the room, otherwise, 5 stars across the board!

It's a very short walk to Bar Harbor and the room was cleaned everyday. Its a nice place to stay. Not the Four Seasons but nice place.

Staff friendly ...older motel...bed very uncomfortable. Thought it was closer to downtown. If your a senior citizen it could be a challenge to walk to downtown

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights as part of a family trip to Acadia. The hotel location is great, at walking distance from the town center. The hotel has all the basic amenities and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The hotel is good but it is dated. The beds weren’t very comfortable about we could easily hear people coming and going at all hours of the night.

Basic room with tv and refrigerator. Seemed recently renovated and clean. Easy walk to Main Street and downtown Bar Harbor, so we only used our car to go to the park. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would absolutely recommend to anyone I know going to Bar Harbor.

Location of the motel was great for being able to walk to restaurants, tourist shopping and the boat dock for day cruises without the difficulty of parking and the high cost of parking fees. Although there was no breakfast offered at the motel, there were plenty of breakfast diners within walking distance. The motel suited our needs for a 2-night stay. Front desk was very helpful and friendly.

Quiet location in a busy little town. Easy walking distance to downtown and restaurants. Comfortable stay at an affordable price. Pleasant staff. We’ll definitely stay here again when in the area.

This motel was perfectly situated, close to stores, restaurants and attractions. We walked everywhere! The staff was very nice!

Susie and her other employees at the motel were so friendly and helpful. Easy check-in and plenty of parking. We had about a 5-10 minute walk to shops and dining. The only thing was that there was not a fan in the bathroom so it got a little steamy for a while. I would stay there again though. Coffee in the office was excellent in the mornings.

The staff at check in and check out were very nice. They also gave us great recommendations for food. Easy walk to everything. Comfortable beds and clean room. I would definitely stay there again.

Very comfortable stay with free parking and the ability to easily walk to shops and restaurants. The room was a giod size, very clean with a fridge and microwave. Suzie was always friendly and accommodating when fetching our morning coffee, which eas excellent. Would recommend to anyone wanting an affordable stay in Bat Harbor.

Shampoo and conditioner were used, had to ask for shower gel, toilet seal leak from the room above, inconsistent water pressure and temperature, thin walls and ceiling, animal scratching all night in the wall/ceiling.

We had a quick 2 night stay at the Anchorage motel. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered. There’s free coffee and water fill stations, easy parking and it’s a central location for downtown. The wifi wasn’t great on the TV, but we were only in our room for a short time. We would definitely recommend this place for a visit to bar harbour, especially if you don’t want to drive and park downtown!

Everything was great, very nice staff at reception. One recommendation would be to shampoo the carpet which did have a smell (room 120). Other than that, beds were supper comfortable, TV, AC, etc. Right at downtown.

Suzie is a gem. She made our stay such a warm and inviting experience and recommended us to great a great breakfast joint and blueberry pie! The Motel was one of the cleanest I've seen and was a very comfortable experience. Would love to star here again

Susie in the office was great and very resourceful! She was wonderful to talk to. For the price, rooms need a bit of updating - including microwaves, but overall comfortable. Would stay here again. Location and accessibility is great.

Property was great, staff was super nice, extremely convenient and walkable to all the shops and restaurants.
My only issue was the wifi was subpar and there was a droplet of dried blood on the bed sheets.
