We only stayed one night, but it was the most restful night.

The room was spacious with kitchen and utensils. Bath room was really big enough. I felt like a home. Breakfast was awesome and the staffs are kind. We will choose this hotel in the future trips.

It was a one night stay after flying into Sacramento. It was ok.

I checked in really late, there was not a single spot available in parking except in an unlighted construction area behind the hotel. The side door serving that area would not accept my key card. I had to tote two large suitcases all the way around the hotel to get in.
Other than that the hotel is very nice with all the comfprts. It is clean and attractive

Check in was very easy and the staff super friendly. Lots of nearby options for food/restaurants and quick access to I-5 for airport or other nearby locations.
However, the room itself did not have very comfortable couch, chair, bed. So much so that we actually left at 330am just to get back home to our own beds.

The staff was very nice and gave us everything we asked for, but the room was missing a few things when we arrived. Overall decent experience!

We only stayed here 1 night while waiting for a flight back home, but it was a great stay for being so quick. The room was large and clean and comfortable, the front desk staff was wonderful, and the breakfast was good. The property is also close to dining, shopping and the airport, and it's less than 15 minutes to downtown Sacramento. We would definitely stay her again if we're in the area.

We loved our room! It was very spacious and clean. I think the only problem we had were some young kids ringing our doorbell at 2am. (We had a hearing accessible room because my daughter has hearing loss). Obviously, not the hotels fault at all.

We got the 2 bedroom suite. It’s definitely showing its age pretty run down. The help at the front desk is perfect and great. The property owners need to remodel soon . Even the homewood suites sign is cooked from the baking sun. Come on corporate first impressions are everything !

Bteakfast was awful. Only stayed at a few Homewood Suites before. Other times breakfast very good, this tome awful. Will not return. Chicken sausage... yuck. Paper plates. Veggie something i would not even try. Horrible

The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was a nice surprise with a full-sized refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, and dishwasher with a full load of clean dishes. There were several restaurants within walking distance. And there was a grocery store (Safeway) less than a mile away. I will definitely choose to stay at Homewood Suites near the Sacramento airport again when I'm in the area.

Staff was rude. Tv remotes for room did not work appropriately even though the batteries were changed twice. Breakfast was horrible with fake looking meat and eggs which made my whole family sick at the first eating. We skipped the free breakfast the next day. They need to upgrade the hotel with the wallpaper literally peeling off the wall and carpet so old and nasty that you don’t want to walk on it without something on your feet. I had to have my card hotel keys rekeyed 3 times because they kept not working. The price this hotel is charging for a 1970 stay is ridiculous. Hotel staff was very dismissive when I addressed my concerns.

The check in staff was great. The room was clean. I felt safe inside and out of the property. The breakfast had many options and was well stocked.
The pool was well maintained snd so needed when we stayed during a heatwave. The check out process was quick and easy.
