I was really pleased with the front desk reception, the bistro service, and the overall layout of the property. My room was spacious and clean. My only complaint is that I was not able to set up a wake-up call.

Workout room not maintained. No water no tv no clock that day pool locked when it should have been open. Otherwise a good stay

I booked a room for 5 (2 adults/3 children) and when we arrived there were only 4 places for sleeping. The girl who I dealt with in the end was able to give us a room with an additional sofa bed, due to a cancellation, but she did so with attitude all because I got sick and tired of waiting at the front counter for 10 minutes to check-in, and ducked into the back to see if I could find someone who worked there.

The property is nice. Modern look. They have pool. The patio had lawn chairs and a barbecue grill. The area was lighted and there was a fire pit. It was lighted and was nice until the mosquitoes showed up. Beds were too soft for my personal taste. They have breakfast but it is not included in the fees.

For the cost to stay at this property, complimentary water in your room and cream for your coffee would be nice.
The property itself was nice and the room was clean with a comfy bed.

A very noisy hotel. A lot of kids running around, a college basketball ball team staying there and the walls and floors are paper thin. This coupled with a lack of parking close to the hotel made for an ok visit.

I think the price was a little outrageous. The price should at least include breakfast, instead of a cafe that offers a bagel and juice for $15.

If you need a nice, clean place to stay in Bangor- this is it. Super convenient location, really clean and comfortable rooms, and the bistro/bar in the lobby is just what you need - super simple but with the essentials!

The place looks like it was just remodeled. They did a great job. But our mattress in room 101 was so bad, we had a terrible time sleeping. I think that is very important to your guests.
