The hotel in run down, and the bathroom and the toilet is together. When you have a shower the toilet gets wet and the entire bathroom floor is full of water and unsafe to walk on.I will never ever book this hotel again.

Went on a tour and stayed here afterwords. 3 nites. Best hotwater i had on whole trip. Very good food in restuarant. Good value for money. Room fine and good AC. Only negative no frig.

The staff was genuinely friendly and very helpful. If I asked for something they addressed it right away. I enjoyed the food, the breakfast was great and the room service food I ordered was excellent and very affordable. The wifi was a bit rough, some days better than others. The area around the hotel was very rugged. Challenging to walk around and very crowded but I enjoyed it as it's very unique. Overall I enjoyed my stay there and would stay there again.

The hotel location is close to the station and the middle of everything, suited for my trip.

I didnt expect so much, but quality of hotel is accepable. Hot shower, hair dryer, and clean bed are available. They have Security guard so, the point made me feel safe. However I want user of hotel to be careful of themselves around the hotel. It's not good Security.

Definitely not Prime, Balaji or Deluxe. Bathroom has a lot of mold and mildew, old linens, stained towels and extremely loud air conditioner. Friendly door staff, but otherwise, the other staff never really smiled. I would not recommend this place. I moved to a new hotel after a couple nights. Food was okay.

Very comfortable stay near New Delhi railway station. Walking distance or a quick 2 min ride by auto. Very attentive hotel staff ( if you are courteous and reasonable in your request). Breakfast was very good with a variety offering.

Great place for our last night stay in Kathmandu. It was New Years eve and lots of good restaurants and club in close proximity. The hotel quarters however was quiet and real easy to get som descent sleep. Also helpful with lat check out.

Staff were helpful with excellent English. Security guard present at the door at all times. Neighborhood wasn’t the greatest, but it’s close to many things.

Very bad. Pictures and cleaning in pictures are fake. Rate very high fir the accommodations. Terrible

The hotel is okay! But i was expecting more from the bathrooms! There's no real space between the shower and toilet. The only thing that separates them its a curtain that I'm sure I've never been washed. The staff is friendly and they'll try to book tours for you! But before booking tours compare and shop the prices. For that stay I'll give a 3/5

We did not get picked up at airport although requested many times. Calling at the airport via WhatsApp the phone was turned off/ unanswered for more than an hr and when finally answered staff told us they had no records of our booking. Eventually made our own way there, our booking was found and a quick sleep before leaving for a train. A crappy Delhi experience between hotel and pickpockets stealing mobile 20 mins after leaving the hotel. Unreliable communication at this hotel but friendly staff when you arrive.

Good mid budget hotel (£20-25/night) clean room and friendly staff. Better than other hotels in this area.

I was unable to stay at this property because when I tried to get there I was diverted by unscrupulous taxi drivers who are working for tourists advisors stating that it’s located in a slum and drove me around a slum area that made me extremely uncomfortable. I tried calling the property several times even had Expedia to call to no avail. Unfortunately I had to pay to stay at another hotel because when I finally got someone to answer they stated that my room was no longer available due to me not showing up

Can’t give this property a fair review as it doesn’t seem to exist. I reached out several times to get an airport pickup and never heard back. Our cab driver couldn’t find it. We called and the number was disconnected. Awful.

The staff was very friendly, and nice. The breakfast in the morning was very good. A lot of options. The room was nice, and pretty clean. The only thing that did not go well was the fact that the driver for pickup at the airport was late. There is a money exchanger at the end of the alley which is convenient. You should also see the Gandhi memorial prior to checking in. Supposed to be good karma when first arriving in India. When this was posted it was one week after the G20. Everything was very clean. They did a wonderful job cleaning up deli and New Delhi.

I had booked this for an elderly monk who needed a place since he was transiting Delhi. The hotel did not clean the room before giving it to him. Soiled bedding, bathrooms that were water logged due to blocked drains - the worst hotel and should be delisted from Expedia. Not worth a tenth of what they charged.

When I come Delhi always try to stay this hotel. This was my 7th stay in this hotel.Hotel front desk Manger Mahesh and other staffs are very Good. This Time Mahesh was absent because of his marriage. And the hotel looks totally difference. The lady house keeping supervisor also left the job. Hotel looks very problematic. No good housing . Manger Roshan behaves Very Rude and unprofessional. The quality of hotel was going very bad rapidly. I suggested these points to improve the quality of hotel once again. 1. Improve house keeping. 2. should be accept debit card not cash only in counter. 3. Front desk manager should be polite and friendly like Mahesh. 4.Breakfast should be start at 7 am. 4.

Super convenient hotel right next to the train station (for train and metro). It is basic in terms of amenities, but more than you need when staying in a city like Delhi where you're not in your hotel for more than sleeping! The concierge and door crew etc are amazing - super friendly and helpful.

The only good thing about the hotel was it's friendly safe and their hospitality. The hotel itsf was disappointing especially considering it's price point, the room felt very cramped and wasn't very clean.

Friendly service

Good value and very friendly and competent staff, very convenient for New Delhi railway station. It would have been nicer to be able to have a meal in the restaurant rather than my room, which was quite small. Also the wi-fi was a little unreliable, and we all know how important that is.

So there is a “perfect hotel” which I thought doesn’t exist till I found this. The stay has been pleasant and the staff is so nice. Breakfast buffet was amazing and room interior, the cleanliness etc is next level. This has become my go-to hotel for future. A perfect hotel for family in the heart of Delhi on budget price.

Pros: Close to Railway Station. Cons: Area is not very desirable. Poorly maintained property. Dirty rooms and linens.

This hotel is an excellent value for money. All of the staff are extremely friendly, John the manager was incredibly helpful and welcoming and took care of all of our needs. The room was clean and comfortable. We used room service many times, they have a big menu and the food is very good. This is a busy area but the hotel is up a side street so it is much quieter than the main road and we weren’t disturbed at all. Highly recommended.

Welcoming staff. poor maintenance of bathrooms. Laundry service may put you in trouble if you are checking out early hours nextday.

Good place to stay...

Room was standard. I ate only in hotel and got a heavy diarrhoe. I had to check out because of the flight one day before but I had to pay this one not used day althoug the conditions say minimum pay one day. not serious - NEVER again this hotel
