When it rained, the road from the tangent road to the hotel entrance overflowed with rain, making it impossible to get to the restaurant in the adjacent shopping mall. Minimal improvements should be made to allow access to and from the hotel.

Propery price is too high considering the room area, no balconies. facilities etc. No swiiming pool or entertainment area.

The service from staff was very good, commendable and accommodating when I asked to be changed from my room to another one.
The food offered during breakfast was good, but I think the chef or cook could reduce the spiciness for the Western palate as not everyone is used to chilli spice hot tastes.
Adding chilli sauce to a dish individually is easier than removing it from a dish cooked with chillies.
My stay was good, and the hotel's positioning was great. It was easy to access shops. Calling an Uber service from the hotel was easy.

Arrived 8th Feb evening check in was easy and quick but no change to break a 500 note,as nobody uses cash they say. My stay was very comfortable,but the staff have to remember to LOOK LISTEN AND LEARN.
Sachin the bar tenser very polite professional and knows how to deal with drunken idiots.Kiran Nice girl from FB.The Sous chef egg station has to increase his hearing problem and able to comprehend what has been said.As for the breakfast no MARMALADE JAM???.The paranthas to thin and get dried up quickly and hard.On the whole for a 3 star hotel all good with some frills etc.

They tell you to call an Uber yourself.

Clean, not that far from the airport and has 24/7 room service. I would say its worth the stay. Book it.

Rooms are very outdated needs update . Breakfast buffet had the same meals everyday .

Rooms are clean , functional but small . A bit disappointed to see that they didn’t have my weighing machines , even when specifically asked for .
Most disappointing was staff’s complete disregard for Covid protocol . No staff was wearing mask , which was not very comforting . Food was average .

Not a great place to be with family. Also Some weird rules even if you have paid full advance for you stay restaurant will ask you to pay directly every time go to eat something seems they can’t wait till check out. Rooms are very small and washrooms are like tent accommodation, 5k plus is very high for this kind of accommodation. Bad experience over all

It was very disappointing and disturbing when voice from neighbouring rooms were coming very loud at 2 AM..loud noise of door thud was coming every niw and then......next day you have meeting and all kind of noise comes to your room in late night makes it very annoying......
Moreover even kettle was not working properly.

Its a 3 star property but that doesn't mean that staff can show casual attitude towards the guests.

ホテルのスタッフも日本人慣れしていて、ついに4階が日本人フロアになりました！普通のビジネスホテルとして、安心して使えます。
周辺環境も、日本人が多いエリアなのか、すぐとなりのSouth Point Mallにも日本食屋が複数あり、marketも有りで非常に便利です。METROの駅も目の前で、Delhiにも出やすいです。
唯一？の欠点は停電(すぐに復活する)が、当たり前のように起きることぐらいでしょうか(私は慣れてしまいました(笑))

When i entered my room after check-in, i found that floor towel was wet.

They don’t clean nor make up your room unless you call them and tell them to do so. Unthinkable. Some of the breakfast dishes were rotten, and it smelled horrible.

The breakfast do not have a lot variety. Mostly Vegetarian.
Found out a lot of hair under the Sofa. The cleaner must be sweeping it all under sofa.

It is a hotel suited to a business traveller. The rooms are extremely small and the bathroom was tiny. The room was spotlessly clean and toiletries were decent. Given the amenities it offers, it is overpriced.
