Nice hotel in the Sukhumvit area yet its not a very busy street, good service and the rooms are very nice and good calue for money

The hotel is conveniently located off Soi 11 with everything (including the BTS) within a short walk. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the hotel was smart and clean. I didn't get a chance to dip in the pool or try out the rooftop bar, but both looked great. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. I'd definitely be happy to stay again!

The location was good to approach near Nana station. There are many restaurant and live music bar near the hotel. Room was so clean but looks old though it has the Ramada name. (just change the name with previous hotel). Breakfast was so simple so if you want to eat any Thai food , recommend go out and find good restaurant.

We were cheated there was no laundry machine even web page said the hotel has it. As we needed the washing machine, we have chosen this although the rate is higher for the hotel quality. We will never book this hotel anymore.

The air-conditioning smells like piss! Control panel indicted to change filter. Asked to change room but the front desk suggested to send their technician. Came back late at the room smelled even worse! Obviously the air-conditioning is bacteria infested. Came home sick!!! There are much better Hotels that will not make you sick.

Always stay in this hotel when in Bangkok and particularly in Sukhumvit area. Clean, strategic and great breakfast. Highly recommended.

Couple get one room key, you have to pay deposit for another person. That means both people have to come to hotel at the same time or one person have to be available to open the door. I think when couple book a room, both guest should get room key without paying a deposit. Breakfast was good but more or less same everyday.

Comfortable rooms, good internet, clean and quiet. Great location next to restaurants and shopping. The TV options are weak.

The property is ok as it is close to the train station. What I don’t think is not decent are some women in the area at night overall it’s a good place to visit for me. I would like to come back and know more about Thailand. It’s a wonderful place for me!

Location of the hotel is fantastic, 5 min walk to Nana station and also easy to find cabs using grab. Breakfast options were decent. The staff is friendly and proactive and we felt welcome almost immediately.
However, the property itself is a bit dated and doesn’t feel like a 4 star hotel. Our room was on a lower floor, though we had a window, there was no view as it faced another wall and the room itself doesn’t feel too bright.
Would still consider coming back if can book the property in some deal at lower price OR if they renovate the rooms.

Spent 12 nights. Three nights in air Conditioning stopped working. (3 floors). Manager moved me to a room with no windows for the night, then relocated me the next morning. Porters, Breakfast staff were all very nice and friendly. Handy location with amenities close by.

Hotel is clean, but old & miserable. No decor in the rooms, just empty shelves where the obviously put things before. Mini bar empty & fridge didnt work, air-con resets ever few minutes so good luck if you want to cool down below 22 degrees. Also nothing to see on the 70+ tv channels

I always seek to stay here when in BKK. It's very convenient and no-fuss. The foplks are nioce and easy going. You barely never have to wait for the lift.

Room is big and comfortable.
One negative that I like to point out is the shower glass door is not fully secured, so when taking shower the water is keep coming off into the bathroom floor.

Great rooms but our check-in was 3 hours late!
It spoiled all the fun after a tiresome trip from Pattaya back.
We never had a late check in in Bkk ever!

Enjoyed our stay at Ramada by Wyndham Sukhumvit 11. Great staff. Lovely property. Room was immaculately clean. Bangkok is a lively tropical international city. This was a great respite for our two days in the city before heading home.

Hotel rooms are extremely dated and dirty; the showers and fridges had black mold growing in them. Staff allowed us to switch rooms when we encountered black mold on the first room, but the second room still had mold issues and was in a general state of neglect and disrepair (broken curtains, missing shower blinds, etc.). Staff were apologetic but could not resolve the issue, for obvious reasons. Would not return and would not recommend.

Everything was good about the stay but was utterly disappointed with the breakfast menu, same menu everyday and had indian currys and rice for breakfast (come on please)(I'm Indian and love my curry's but not for breakfast)and no pastries on offer for hotel of Ramada's class?
