This is the first time in years that I am requesting a full refund. Within one hour of check-in I could hear a large dog barking in the room next door to me. Being a dog friendly person I realized that the dog may have been left alone. I called the first desk with no response. I prepared for evening and after my return 3-4 hours later the dog was still barking and I called front desk again. I finally fell asleep to be awaken after couple hours by the dog again. Fell asleep again to be awaken by house keeping at 8:50 am !! Done barely any sleep. Required full refund.

10 out 10. Everything was great .Location,Staff,breakfast, Wensday afternoon reception. Stayed in room616 family suite. Bus stop a good 9 min walk.to take 163 or 164 that takes u in to New York Port of Autority . If you dont want to walk from hotel to bus stop they even hv a complementry shuttle that can take u to bus stop & pick u up from bus stop when u get off bus . You have dollar tree, Aldi,Marshall, 3-4 restaurant , liquor store 3 min walk from hotel . Room was a nice size family of 5 . Full fridge, u have a stove top , microwave dishwasher , so thats a Beds very comfortable & sofa Bed too. Extra pillows & blankets was great to have. & my room got a fresh up every day. This will be my go to hotel from now on when I'm in the neighborhood . Thank you for a great stay & service . From Rose

The service is always top notch and the team is awesome.

Love that the property was right next to a mini plaza with shops & dining. We were able to pick up last minute toiletries, clothes and enjoy a nice meal for our impromptu staycation.

The staff was bar none the friendliest, most professional, accommodating, and personable hotel staff that we have ever encountered and my husband and I travel frequently for work. The hotel was the cleanest and the breakfast was top notch. Fresh fruit and juices, delicious protein options, gourmet pastries, and the coffee always hot and fresh. We stayed for about 3 weeks in the one bedroom king suite a d it was spacious, the bed was super comfy, and the water pressure in the shower was awesome (which was a huge plus for hubby 😉) 5 ⭐️ Will definitely be staying here in future whenever in the area.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The elevators were extremely slow.

It’s always amazing! They did make changes to the breakfast menu they have a taco station with pulled pork? I noticed that as crowded as they were no one was interested in that either!!! Gross. Stayed there many times so we did miss their old breakfast with waffles and a couple of breakfast meat options, so breakfast was disappointing and had to get the kids food when we left. I would still stay again because no one’s breakfast is that amazing. There old one was pretty close.

Great staff! This hotel has the most caring and courteous staff. The rooms clean, comfortable and come with everything you need for an extended stay. The hotel is pet friendly which was perfect since I was traveling for vet care for my fur baby. The peace of mind I had in this hotel was great. Located near a police station (right in front of it actually) so a safe place to rest.

We had a great stay and the suite we stayed in was so wonderful and clean! Definitely will book here again if we come back to NJ!!

My first impressions of the hotel was wonderful. We arrived, check in was fast and easy. The rooms were clean and spacious. Its a short walk from the bus stop we needed getting in and out of New York. We were able.to get the shuttle in the morning to the bus stop which was convient. I loved how safe it felt walking home at midnight 30 from the bus stop. Breakfast was okay. Had the usual hotel fair with eggs, breads, cereals, juices, bacon, some potaoes and hash of some sort. I would definitely think about staying here again in the future.

My husband and I took our 6-year-old on his first trip to NYC. We also visited the Nickelodeon and Dreamworks parks nearby. We loved staying at this hotel! Location was perfect. We had one of the recently remodeled rooms. It was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Beds were cozy, and we all got a great night's sleep. The shower had great water pressure. It's a little thing, but I absolutely loved the smell of the lotion and hand soap the hotel supplied. We all had the hot breakfast. My husband and I really enjoyed the chorizo breakfast tacos, and our son had the bacon and eggs. Eggs were light and fluffy, not the rubbery garbage you sometimes get with a hotel breakfast. I also really appreciated the 24-hr coffee and tea available in the lobby. I love coffee and can drink a cup at any time of day, so having it readily available in the lobby is always a nice touch and something I love to see at any hotel where we stay. We did not use the pool or fitness room, so I cannot comment on that other than they both looked nice and very clean when we peeked in. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely be visiting this hotel again!
