Ubicación. Tienes un bus que para fuera del hotel y te lleva al centro de Manhattan por 9 dolares ida y vuelta para adultos y 4 dólares ida y vuelta niños.

Desayuno malisimo, todos los días lo mismo, poca variedad de cosas para servirte. No hay jamón, queso, etc...solo tienes huevo revuelto mermelada, mantequilla y 2 variedades de pan más mudfin, leche, yogurth, cereales y te/cafe

I liked that the bus was right outside.

I did not like that I extended my stay through booking but the property would not honor it. I was on the phone for 2 hours during my visit because of this mix up. Still, after 2 hours, the property “couldn’t find” my booking even though I had proof and booking called them confirming it.

The breakfast was ok...I wish it more varieties of food ..Everyday was the same thing. I wished they served make your own waffle,or pancakes or my favorite potatoes. But you get what you paid for right ..lol

Different breakfast meats. Just a bunch of different styles of eggs mostly. I can't eat eggs, I use to love them but yeah

Location was great and bus 164 was right infront of the hotel that took you to Manhattan

Everything was very old and out dated . No water in the fridges while NJ water is not drinkable.

Plus d'explications sur l'arrivee pour prendre le bus en venant de l'aéroport JFK à Port authority : comment reserver les tickets NJ, quelle porte pour prendre le bus car nous sommes arrives tard de l'aéroport et les guichets automatiques ne prenaient pas notre carte bancaire...

Great breakfast options. The staff that assisted me were great and helped with my needs. Would definitely go there again when we visit family in that area again

Proximity to MetLife and American Dream

Rude front desk. Asked for a rollaway for my 13 year old and was told they would give me a pack and play???? Toilet was stuck and running. Called 3 times to have someone come fix it. No one ever came.

Very friendly staff and the breakfast was nice! Loved the close proximity to the American Dream Mall and the fact that the bus stop to NYC was right out front.

Had a problem with a leak in the bathroom but the maintenance guy was great and came right away to fix it as best he could.

Lo que más me gustó fue el tamaño de las habitaciones, muy grandes. La misma habitación en NY habría costado tres veces más. Las camas eran muy cómodas, y la habitación estaba limpia.

La decoración, la moqueta, ... El hotel necesita refrescar su imagen, me transportó a hace 40 años. Luego la ubicación no es la ideal si quieres ver NYC. Si bien es cierto que hay un autobús que te lleva a Times Squares en 20-30 minutos, ese autobús pasa cada 20 minutos así que al final tardas una hora de ida y otra de vuelta, más lo que tardes luego en moverte por la ciudad hasta tu destino. Y los autobuses acaban de noche, así que si quieres pasar una noche en NYC luego tienes que pagar 50€ de taxi para volver. El precio es mucho más barato que NYC pero yo la próxima vez prefiero pagar más y estar más cerca de todo. El desayuno era muy mediocre. El café aguado y muy pocas opciones de comida. Las camas olían muchísimo a lejía, me picaba la piel al acostarme los primeros días.

La ubicación próxima a la ciudad de Manhattan, a unos 15/20 minutos y con fácil acceso desde el hotel ya que la parada del autobús estaba Justo a la salida y de frente al hotel. Las camas muy cómodas!

Me encantó la ubicación, a tan solo 25 min de Time square desde el bus 163 que lo tomas Justo frente al hotel. Además el bus 703 que te lleva al mall American Dream en 7 min. que realmente es un sueño con parque acuático, acuario, nikelodeon, Legolan, muchas tiendas 😍 El desayuno estuvo bien, muy repetitivo pero todo me pareció con buen sabor y buena limpieza en el area. Otro punto bueno es qué hay cerca varias opciones de restaurantes cerca. Elrestaurante La fortaleza de comida mexicana es delicioso y con un ambiente muy divertido, está Justo al cruzar la calle. La habitación es muy cómoda, la cama es genial, lla cafetera, el micro, el servibar, la plancha y todos los aditamentos nos fueron muy útiles. El servicio fue bueno y el personal muy amable. Busquen el Port Autority Bus en la 42St y 8va ahí busquen el 163 zona 3 los tickets los puedes comprar en la máquina o en taquilla.

Se descompuso el elevador un día, los demás días todo bien.

Location - close to public transport with direct access to New York city, very helpfull staff

The location for our destination, The American Dream Mall, was excellent. The staff was helpful and friendly The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff was constantly cleaning up and sweeping the floors and replenishing the food. We all got to sit together for a quick meal before heading out for the day.

We had 3 rooms. In one of the rooms, the sink faucet did not work. Our children came to our room to wash up in the morning. Although the linens were fresh and the furniture had been dusted, the vents in the ceiling had dust and mold and were not recently cleaned. Some of us woke up with swollen eyes; I am guessing an allergic reaction to the dust and mold.
