I woke up to roaches climbing up the bed and roaches in the bathroom.

Too expensive I would not stay again. The staff is not friendly. The fridge in the room didnt work place looks like doesnt get clean daily.

I loved the room, coffee was only available until 930 am. Bed was too soft for us and only 3 pillows for 2 of us. Was hard to sit up in bed with one pillow. Everything elso was very good. Wish they had a common area so i didn't have to stay on the room. We went to Medieval Times which was just 5mins away. Perfect location

As always this spot is convenient to and from my job and the city. It’s very quiet and see the city view from my room. In my room this time, there still stains in the bathroom and the shower did not work. I rarely complain

I’ve stayed in this location PLENTY of times. No complaints except for my last trip. Shower was not working. I always stay at Extended Stay

I would NOT be booking here ever again. The staff was unaccomodating, besides Destiny. Our room was filled with baby roaches and we even found a bed bug on one of the beds. I DO NOT recommend this hotel at all! You get what you paid for and it was a cheap price to book for the weekend. However my guest and I had to go to Walmart to purchase camping cots because we refused to sleep on those beds after we were not able to get another room at the same hotel OR at their sister hotel about 10 mins away! It seems like this hotel is more like a shelter for the homeless or ppl that have been displaced and need temporary housing. It is not a place to spend the weekend or a few days. If this hotel pops up on your list when booking......RUN AND NEVER LOOK BACK! If I could give negative stars I would but I know that's not a thing! Signed Highly Upset Customer

The kitchenette didn’t offer any utensils like advertised. Grab and go breakfast was the worst! Pillows were super uncomfortable… No seating outside the hotel, no real lobby! Walls are paper thin, heard kids crying, other patrons arguing and having sex! Had to put the AC full blast and headphones to cut out the noise Never staying at an extended stay

The room we stayed in was dirty, hair left on the tub, fridge was dirty and the kitchen wasnt properly clean.

The lobby is dirty and smell like cigarettes, the room wall and doors are dirty, for the utensils you have to ask the staff to bring them to you... I reserved for 2 nights and we lasted 30 minutes and left to another hotel... I will never stay there, the owners should stay a couple of nights to understand my point.

Great place to stay for one night

Ngl I wouldn’t go back to this hotel. I actually can’t rate it 0/10 but if I could I would. Staff was just fine, the room had a weird smell, the bathroom doors weren’t locking, and the next morning, the breakfast was either a strawberry bar, a muffin or an oatmeal and coffee or hot water, I really can’t see how that’s a breakfast. I was just going to watch El Clásico and didn’t even had too many good expectations but this really did not work for me.

My room had roaches and the ac was broken. The entrance door that is key access only at night is left ajar for anyone to go in and out. Staff is non-existent after hours. Upon check out, the front desk staff was asleep and had an attitude when I called for assistance with check out. I will not be staying at this location again. I will be visiting this area again repeatedly with my family and was hoping this would be my go-to hotel. Clearly this visit by myself showed me this is not the place we will select for our stays .

First time my shower did not work but other than that I had a great time

The room wasn't clean I had to go to target to buy a mop because I had my grandson who wanted to walk around just learning to walk. I had to wipe down everything doors dirty, chairs dirty, floors dirty. Had to ask for clean towels when I came back from the Water park no clean towels.. The light cover fell on the floor and broke almost fell on top of my daughter head when she was standing by the refrigerator My stay in the room wasn't what I expected I was on vacation and had to clean like i was at home.

Pretty dirty the hall ways, no house cleaning, practically almost all homeless people and people like me (not aware the situation) are staying. In addition, my flight was late and couldn’t check in after 11pm and marked as no-show and cancelled my paid reservation and reject refund also.

It was a smoke free hotel but our room REEKED of smoke and when we complained both days they said they couldn’t do anything but “spray it down”. The staff were not exactly welcoming. The people on our floor were extremely loud.

The majority of the staff were rude, they weren’t helpful, the hotel didn’t have anything in the area. There were people on the property that were loud even into later hours of the night. Our key continually quit working, we had to have them reprogram every other day and every time you had to speak with the front desk staff they acted like it was a burden to do their jobs.

9:30 pm, check in. After opening the door to our room we heard the banging clanking of the AC fan. 80 degrees today so the AC is a must. inquiring at the front desk and Front desk attendant, Destiny, said there's nothing she can do except tell me to wait until the morning to call maintenance or call guest services tomorrow. (we're here one night) I asked if there was something she could do. she retorted "I gave you 2 options but you don't want to listen." I said okay, please tell me what the 2 options were. she repeated I could wait till tomorrow to call guest services and call maintenance. I suggested those were not options for resolving the current problem. she said, "well I suggest you just stay in thin air then." not the experience I expected this evening.

Another great stay at this property

I checked in for one night. Upon checking in I found roaches in the kitchen area. Room was dirty. I took videos showed the lady at the front desk. She stated there is nothing she could do. She referred me to an email I have yet to get a response.

Roaches. Left the first night and found a different hotel. They wouldn’t refund the first night despite me not staying. Avoid at all costs. Pay more somewhere else and sleep better.

The hotel was better than I expected from reading the reviews. It had a full kitchen which was very clean. Double beds made and set up really nicely the bathroom was clean and had fresh towels. The only gripe I had was I regards to the odor. There are guest who live and cook here so it does smell of whatever they are cooking, however the hotel does make an attempt to keep the halls and lobby deodorized. I bought some febreeze and was fine in the room until the end of my stay. Front desk attendant was friendly and extremely accommodating.
